Very good hotel. Close to the city centre with all the nessrsaty services provided. Staff is very helpful.

Nice hotel!
The rooms are spacious, with good air conditioning. Cleaning every day.
The staff is polite, friendly and helpful.
The breakfasts are varied, there is a coffee machine.
According to the menu, the cuisine is with a bias towards the Caucasian, in general it is delicious.
Of the cons:
- there is no workplace in the room, and all the tables are low, you can't work with a laptop.
- there is a busy avenue nearby
- there are no grocery stores nearby (the nearest ones are 7-10 min. walking)

We recently spent time at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the attention we received from the hotel manager Tigran. His caring approach and willingness to help made our stay truly wonderful.
From the very first minutes, we were greeted by a polite receptionist, Hassan, with a smile and cordiality. The manager of the hotel, Tigran, promptly solved all our issues, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates the high quality of service. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

A great hotel. Everything is clean, huge rooms, minibar, shower and private bathroom pleased. There's a nice restaurant downstairs, you can eat and drink. I'll come back again.

Mixed feelings. The interior is great, the room is really big. The bathroom has both a shower cabin and a bathtub. I asked for water and an iron - they gave me everything without extra. payment. The breakfast is passable. But instant coffee and the breakfast level do not pull in any way for the 4 stars that the hotel attributes to itself. You need to ask for a room with windows facing the courtyard - on the other side there is a heavily loaded road and it will be noisy.

I really liked the hotel. Almost in the center. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the breakfasts are not chic, but normal, there is plenty to choose from and get enough. I really liked that the restaurant at the hotel is open late. We arrived in the evening and had a hearty dinner with pleasure. The prices are very reasonable. I recommend the hotel. I will be happy to check into this hotel on my next business trip.

Excellent location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. There is not enough variety at breakfast and I was upset that the photos with the pool and courtyard have nothing to do with the hotel. The restaurant is nice, there is potential if you work with the menu)

Nice hotel, spacious rooms, we are taking it for the second time. True, breakfasts from the category of "you won't go hungry, but you won't get any pleasure either." We even had better 3-star ratings in Bukhara.

A magnificent hotel. Everything is fine here: clean, beautiful and cozy. They also opened a restaurant downstairs. The staff is well done - responsive. You can pay with a Russian bank card using the SBP :))) Thanks a lot guys

A great new hotel, spacious rooms, a beautiful interior in the national style, has everything you need-slippers, a tooth.brushes. From cosmetics- only gel and shampoo. Very helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, good cleaning, clean!

A new, nice hotel. Clear. The rooms are very large. The breakfasts are not very varied, but there is everything you need. There are many restaurants near the hotel, opposite the park, a 15-minute walk to the Chorsu market

Very tasty food, good staff, politeness is just top, prices, by the way, are not very expensive. The atmosphere is the best, you can find a good price and delicious food anywhere, but you won't always find the atmosphere. A new, cozy, with a national twist hotel. Even the maids speak Russian. Everything is clean and tidy. Delicious breakfasts. There is a hammam, a hairdresser. The staff is friendly.

Everything is new, neat, the rooms are spacious, but the hotel is not just rooms with beds. There is not enough service. There is little pressure in the shower and no underfloor heating. It was cold (November)! Due to poor WiFi, I had to move to another room and pay more for it! Is it the policy of the hotel that WiFi should not work in suites? According to the IT manager, everything is fine with WiFi... There is no ATM. A mediocre breakfast with the cheapest juices. An inconvenient location.
The reception staff is helpful and tries to help.

A great hotel! The rooms are spacious! It feels like we live in an apartment in the very center of Tashkent! On the ground floor there is a very tasty Georgian restaurant, and in the basement there is a spa area with sauna, hammam and swimming pool🥰

Good afternoon. There is no oil for salad dressing or to pour cucumbers with tomatoes at breakfast ( it 's a small thing , but it turns out so delicious ) . The buffet area is very small, the guests jostle and wait for each other. Otherwise a good hotel, I recommend it. Jasmine's manager at the reception is a very great fellow!!!

This is just a wonderful hotel! When I booked the room, I thought that the photos could not be real, everything was too beautiful. When I moved in, I realized - IT's EVEN BETTER THERE! I was greeted by a huge double room, so clean that you could eat food from the floor! Everything smelled fresh and clean. the linen is the purest, comfortable beds, high-quality pillows. I slept like a baby all the days. The room had both a bathtub and a shower stall. Just fantastic! The staff is very polite and pleasant, all questions were helped to solve, any request was solved at the click of your fingers. Clever in one word. The level of the hotel is much higher than stated! The breakfasts are delicious and varied, you could leave your suitcases for storage when I left for a couple of days. In a word, just a fairy tale! Thank you so much to the hotel staff for my comfortable stay! I wish you prosperity and happy guests
