Nice hotel. The food is decent!
We were in February 2024, we had a warm room, and it was cool for friends in the next room.
Five minutes to the airport.
There are responsive staff at the reception.

The hotel is clean, but only 1 big minus, in the junior suite with a double room everything is calculated (towels, gel, shampoo and bathrobe) for 1 person, and besides, there is no toothbrush in addition)) all these comments were compensated by the guy from the reception, so for this 5 stars))

I spent the night - it was cozy and clean inside. The location is both a plus and a minus (because of this, I did not give the 5th star): there is constant noise from the road, there is not enough sound insulation. + in the airport parking lot, there is a car club hangout, whose members like to effectively drive up/exit directly just near the hotel

In general, the hotel is not bad, it is only strange why the restaurant at the hotel did not work. I had to go to dinner at a nearby hotel where there is a decent pub bar on site. The hotel itself is nice, clean, cozy. The only thing when I was there was that they had some problems with the air conditioning, the room was very stuffy, especially since it was under 40 outside. Despite the fact that the hotel is actually located near the airport (2 minutes on foot), there were few guests.

Far from the city. From the airport 200 m. In general, the hotel is comfortable. I can't hear any planes. I advise everyone. I stay at this hotel all over Kazakhstan. The coolest in Almaty. There is a restaurant on the 17th floor with a veranda and mountain views.

Pretty decent for a modest hotel on the outskirts. Conveniently, a 5-minute walk from the airport, you can sleep after an early flight while waiting for the next one. However, it is a little noisy, the sound insulation is weak, so earplugs will be useful to get enough sleep during the day. Clean, cozy, I liked it.
