I ordered UV printing in black on Plexiglass. Usually they should be filled with a white layer, and on top of it with black, any other layer. Apparently the employee forgot about the first layer and the product turned out to be translucent. I had to finish it myself. The director promised to call back and resolve the issue, but did not call back.
