One of the worst establishments in our city! On my first visit to this place, alcohol was served in a dirty decanter. When I drew the bartender's attention to this, he said that the decanter was clean, and tried to argue. The second time was even worse. The alcohol was brought 5 minutes after the order, but the ordered dish had to wait about an hour. And they brought half-cooked meat. They made a remark, said they would fix it - as a result, nothing was fixed. Just a ruined evening and a bad mood. Don't set foot there anymore.

The word "absolutely" doesn't make you feel like a cafe. A basement room with a characteristic atmosphere, in general, a "drinking room" is such a "Soviet sausage-beer".
The staff is either tired or very slow, every request is chewed for a very long time (bring a glass / fork, etc.).

There is only one toilet (shared), so queues arise.

The only plus is the design.

Nothing was offered or advised, the waiter bent down and wrote our order right on the table.

Desserts are frozen!! Even though we didn't start eating them right away, they were like ice cream in the middle. It is impossible to eat. A strange cheesecake, cooked obviously incorrectly: it did not rise, there is no cookie rim!

Обстановка на 5 баллов,столики,барная стойка,сан узел всё сделано очень красиво и стильно,НО только это и можно похвалить.Обслуживание на крепкую двойку:заказ выполняется по 40-50 минут и это не предел,но что самое интересное готовят 40 минут и приносят холодную пиццу, реально просто холодную,или мясо,картошку.Обращаешься к администратору,у него вопрос:"что мы можем сделать????",Ребята вы серьезно не знаете что вы можете сделать???По винной карте это отдельная тема:по одной бутылке разного сорта при этом натурального вина просто нет, только виноматериал натуральный.
Был два раза,второй раз в надежде что что то изменилось, но видимо на этом всё...

I really like the waiter Victoria, everything is clear and in fact, the collected speech, will answer and tell any questions, quickly removes empty dishes, the service is excellent!, which cannot be said about other waiters: the extra chatter is barely intelligible, the dishes are empty for half an hour until you ask to clean.
Promotions! Why aren't they spoken?Today (8 Feb, 17.00), when I come to the institution, I ask the office. "is the promotion valid for pizza 3 price2?", her answer is "I do not know, I will go to clarify", WHAT???The norm? There is a stock on the table, take beer and toast for 1 kopeck. I say we can have this promotion, the answer is "this is a Monday promotion" on all a3 tables there is a Monday promotion, and today is Thursday🥸
We like to go as a family on a weekday when there are fewer people and the waiting is fast. As for the food, the pizza is great, we love it more than the place itself, we order delivery more often. The manager of the girl at the bar (blonde hair, slim build) is not competent, constantly makes excuses, tries to defend her opinion (in cases When she expected the application of the promotion in others, and the waiting time for the order was 1 hour, where care followed, it was today, since we are "not a priority").
And here's another... once we were a company with friends, we had an 8-year-old boy with us, Saturday, a lot of people, the order is more than an hour, the time is already 20:50, we are asked to leave the institution with the child,(okay, I don't mind)but we wait for the order for more than an hour and say it, either we refuse or we wait.. the waiter clarifies the information on the order and it is brought in 2 minutes, in 5 minutes they were in a hurry to choke and eat faster and leave. Minuses:
1. There is no wardrobe. We were offered to throw outerwear on our own sofa where you are sitting 2. Waiting for any dish is 1.5 hours!! And at the same time it was 18:30, we were only the third occupied table. After drinking the drinks, they just left, they couldn't try the kitchen. 3. The music is screaming, the request to make it quieter, now is not the time and there are no people for the dance floor, no one reacted. The fact that the musical repertoire itself was terrible is already true.. By the way
4. After waiting for the invoice "just a check" without any book on the table, we asked for a terminal and so they forgot about us.
They took the check, paid for it themselves at the bar and left.

If you have enough money to make repairs and open this cafe, I hope you are smart enough to fix the flaws.

The bartender girl is also very polite and welcoming, helps to decide on drinks and always offers promotions, if any. The menu is varied, everyone will find something for themselves, it is very difficult to leave hungry, since the portions are weighty. Дизайн выполнен в стиле лофта, который идеально подходит для таких заведений, персонал вежлив, цены вполне доступные, можно как придти вместе с девушкой , так и с кампанией, в меню присутствует довольно большой выбор как блюд , так и кофе с алкогольными напитками, в общем в нашем городе, это пока самое лучшее заведение, надеюсь это положит тренд к открытию подобных заведений и дальше)

Были один раз ! Из плюсов только дизайн заведения ! Очень красиво аккуратно, стильно! Впечатление испортилось после подачи еды ! Заказали суши 2 коктейля и блинчики ...суши просто отвратительные норивообще жевать не возможно...это самое отвратительное блюдо которое я про овала в жизни, блины тоже резиновые ..очень не вкусные ((

По поводу оформления, меню и прочих прелестей данного заведения у меня вопросов нет. Но есть огромный минус в наличии данного заведения для тех кто живёт рядом. Во-первых постоянная громкая музыка до очень позднего времени, постоянные собрания местного, и не очень населения в изрядно не трезвом состоянии, которые так и направят выяснять отношения вблизи мирно спящих граждан города, так как место где расположено заведение находится в достаточно тихом спальном районе с большим количеством пожилых людей, семей с детьми и людей в период лечения которым просто необходим покой в данное время суток. Очень странно что руководство данного заведения никак не обращает внимания на данную проблему Удивительно что жители этого района до сих пор не написали официальную жалобу по поводу происходящего тут после заката. Очень прошу руководство данного заведения принять меры в отношении вышеизложенных проблемм.
P.s. само заведение выглядит вполне прилично, с хорошим интерьером и меню, в городе это одно из наилучших заведений подобного типа. Хотелось бы отметить вежливый персонал.

Минусы: мало места, музыка слишком громкая, после 10 часов вечера не работает кухня, общий санузел.
Плюсы: Вежливый персонал, быстрое обслуживание, приятный интерьер, удобное расположение на местности. Граждан ведущих себя вызывающе выпроваживают и назад не пускают. Вцелом впечатление о заведении неплохое.

Пытались посетить данное заведение. Во-первых официант сидел в коморке и не выходил, пришлось самим идти к бармену.
Нам требовался вайфай, так как нет мобильного интернета, чтобы перевести деньги на нужную карту для оплаты счета. Предоставить вайфай отказали, сказав, что он только для работников. Даже после комментария, что это необходимо для перевода денег для будущей оплаты.
Пришлось уйти, клиентоориентированности и заинтересованности в гостях - 0!
Это политика заведения такая или низкое качество персонала - вопрос открытый...

Там только бармены умеют работать. Комплексное меню ожидали очень долго, причём одному из нас принесли первое, а второму первое принесли через минут 10-15 это как? Заказали одно нам принесли другое, мы от заказа отказались, официант уточнил но почему-то в счёт включил всё. Пришли покушать, а в итоге и не поели и настроение испортили.
