It's just a nightmare!!!!
The 2nd time they tried to get in, no one could really explain anything, they were working or closed, they were working as they wanted, there was no complete docking according to the schedule, there was no staff, although the institution should have been working for an hour, the first time they came on time,the company was sitting there and said the institution was no longer working, there was an hour left before closing.
The descent to this poorhouse is unlit and steep, so you can not noticeably stumble and make a saltukha after a couple of steps down.
It's just awful!!! Not an institution, but a headquarters for the same staff..
