Average staff. When asked to evaluate gold products, I heard the answer "we do not evaluate gold from the street, only for ourselves," and where else do customers come from? The woman demanded a passport, with a haughty look, and questioned whether the jewelry was mine (which they didn't even bother to look at with an eye during the whole conversation). They asked to show their passport, well, it didn't go anywhere, anything happens. But the funny thing is that a client came in from the street, not a female employee who couldn't deduct my age of two dozen without a calculator. By the way, at the end they put a ban due to age restrictions and pointed to the door due to insolvency. I do not recommend an institution with such a staff that evaluates customers more instead of products👎🏻
