I want to share my impression of the service in this workshop. I came to them and asked if they would take my DVR for repair, so it would be clear that there was just a bad contact in the power socket. They said they would take it. It was October 26, 2016. For a whole month they just deceived me, constantly postponed for three days, saying that the master would not find a breakdown, that the registrar was disassembled. It all dragged on until November 21st . Suspecting something was wrong, I called and said that I wanted to pick it up, they told me to come by 18-00 the master would collect and give it back, I arrived at 17:00, it turned out I was right, they could not find it for a long time under the rubble of the same naive customers. They gave it to me and said that they could not find the cause of the breakdown. When I opened the package to which I handed it over, I saw that no one had taken it out of there, the factory seal remained intact on the bolts. I'll tell you this, it's disgusting to turn to such irresponsible people, waste your time, draw conclusions. P.S. For a month of so-called repairs, I called them twice a week myself and tried to find out how the repair was going... and every time they brazenly lied to me that my video recorder was disassembled and the master was working with it every day in an attempt to find the cause of the breakdown!
