They always keep up to date with what is happening with a full photo report. The car never stayed for more than half a day - I gave it away in the morning, took it away at lunch. I did repairs to the steering rack , on Citroen C 5 , repairs were made as soon as possible ,all the time when repairs were being made , messages came to Viber with photos of the work done , at the end of the work they gave a 6-month warranty and advised where it is better to go to the collapse of convergence , which I can say a HUNDRED for those who do not want to be deceived ,and be sure that they made repairs to him at all!

On January 3, I was at a clutch replacement with the subframe removed, after replacing the clutch, I came to the garage at the pit and saw that the subframe was only baited, but it probably didn't need to be screwed, I paid normal money for the work, but the work was not completely done. For this reason, one star is even a lot. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!

I signed up for a steering rack repair for a Citroen c5 . I must say right away that I really liked the approach to the client. They themselves offered to be present in the repair area, to which I was very surprised, but of course I agreed. I stayed at the station for two hours, calmed down and went home. Each completed work was sent a photo on Viber. To sum up, the words did not diverge from the deed. Igor, as a leader, has assembled an excellent team and is really doing his JOB!

Excellent service station. We signed up a couple of years ago to repair the steering rack. Since then, we have been constantly contacting (cars with mileage over 500,000). A photo report with repairs. There are no surprises with the payment, because everything is negotiated in advance and in case of unexpected malfunctions, the repair and cost are pre-negotiated. They don't look for problems where there aren't any. If they can't do some work, they immediately report it (to the electrician). Deadlines are met, but in case of force majeure, they are informed in advance if, for example, for some reason (they did not bring the parts on time, for example) how long does the repair take?

I have been serviced at this service station for several years.
There were no complaints during this time, all the work was always done on time, efficiently and not expensive enough. Spare parts are ordered independently, there is no need to drive and buy them yourself. The entire repair process is accompanied by a photo report, at the end a document (work order) is provided. I would also like to note the approach to work, if the masters do not have time to finish the repair on time, they stay overtime, just so that the client is satisfied, in our fast time it is difficult to stay for a long time without their iron friend.

I contacted this service because my old French car broke down, namely the zd torsion beam. I will say that the guys are masters of their craft, they did everything conscientiously, during the repair they constantly kept in touch with me and detailed photos via messenger, and if there were any questions about the repair, they explained everything in detail and unobtrusively recommended how best to approach this or that repair issue. They tried to dilute the steering rack for repair. They lifted the car and pulled on the stabilizer bar. They said, like, your steering rack is already knocking, it needs to be repaired urgently and repairs are expensive. Rough. I changed this rack to another one for $ 15. I highly recommend it!
