I liked the apartment. Very convenient location in the historical quarter. A quiet street, Windows to the courtyard and they look at the Italian embassy. I arrived in autumn, when it was already getting colder. It was cool, but a heater was brought at my request. It should be borne in mind that the hot water in the shower can run out if you wash for a long time. But when heating the water, you can set the temperature higher and then there will be more hot water. Everything you need in the apartment is there, there is a lot of space, it is cozy and it is clear that the apartment is renovated and maintained with love. A very interesting story of the house and apartment, which was shared by the owner.

Excellent two-bedroom apartments, clean and tidy! There is everything you need that can be useful (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer). Within a five-minute walk there is a large grocery store, many cafes where you can have a snack. And of course, the friendly and hospitable host Andrey, who can give you a very interesting tour of the historical center!

My favorite apartment in Minsk! In the cozy Rakovsky suburb, your favorite attractions are just around the corner. We were in January 2020, the apartment was warm! Very cozy!

Nice apartment, I liked everything. The owner is friendly, asked to check in earlier, did not refuse) The apartment is clean and has everything you need. You can pay with a Mir card through the terminal upon check-in, in cash in bel. rubles or in dollars.
The location is very good, everything is within walking distance, metro, shopping center, attractions. The Italian Embassy is visible from the windows, it's quiet at night)

We stayed at Andrey's apartments from March 15th to March 20th.
Super location!
The apartment is very cozy, clean, with its own history and interesting design. With small pleasures in the form of ground coffee, sweets, live plants.
There are a huge number of cafes within walking distance.
Andrey is very hospitable, showed a lot and told us about Minsk. It was awesome! Thanks!
I've already told a bunch of friends - if Minsk, then to these apartments.

The apartment was rented from May 18-21, 2022 by a family of 6 people (2 children). We liked everything very much! Clean, modern, cozy, with love. The owner has provided everything, every detail has been thought out so that vacationers are satisfied with the chosen place and enjoy their vacation. The apartment has everything: washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, ironing board, racks with washbasins, 6 pairs of slippers, decorative elements, a shelf with books, a guide to Minsk, souvenirs, glasses. The kitchen has pots, a frying pan, a turk, a grater, a rolling pin, sugar, salt, garbage bags, paper towels, a broom, a dustpan.
There are also a couple of toys for younger guests) . Well, the owner has provided everything for everyone.
The deposit of the apartments is convenient. Centre. Rakovskoe suburb (where the hotel is located) is located between M Nemiga and Frunzenskaya. There are many cafes nearby, There is a restaurant, a dining room, a shopping center gallery. Close to R.Svisloch, the Upper town.
We are delighted with everything! We thank the host. We will advertise it to our friends.

The whole family rented an apartment (me, my wife and two children aged 5 and 8) for the first weekend in May.
We really liked absolutely everything: Location, Comfort, Cleanliness.
And the fact that the landlord also told us about the historical importance of this place in Minsk (in detail), where the apartments in the Rakovsky suburb are located.
