The JBL column has been under repair for more than a year, I brought it somehow working (stuttered when playing music), in the end I can't pick it up, because they offer to give it first in disassembled condition, and then assembled, but absolutely not working. The founder promised to resolve the issue, but the number is unavailable, he does not answer in Viber. I call the master - they don't pick up the phone, it feels like the number has been blacklisted. And when I come to the salon, they feed me "breakfast". Either their master got sick, or something else. At the same time, they do not offer to solve the issue in any way, they stupidly ignore it. I'm going to court, I need to defend my rights.
I gave a food processor to this center on December 26, 2022. They said they would check and call, tell them how much the repair costs (suddenly expensive) and whether it is worth repairing. Firstly, they did not call themselves (I waited a month), I had to go to them myself and ask. When I arrived, they said that the master had not figured it out and had not repaired it. I wonder what they did for a month then????
Secondly, after going to them, they called 2 days later and said that they had repaired it and how much it cost. They didn't warn me whether to repair it or not. In May, I brought a Samsung vacuum cleaner to the Repair Center for diagnosis and repair, through several. days later they called back and said. that some kind of board is faulty and repair is not advisable. I took the vacuum cleaner back and, before throwing it away, decided to check it again - I turned to another master. It turned out that my vacuum cleaner was working, but the hose was faulty (with an adjustment on the handle). It is not easy to find such a hose, but this is a different situation. The master put a jumper on it and now the vacuum cleaner is working, although without adjustments.power. I don't know what kind of masters work in this Repair Center. It's good that I didn't have to pay for the so-called diagnostics. I do not recommend it to anyone!
