I repaired the iPhone XS after another center. Replacing the display came out cheaper, and the quality is much better! The display is bright, the sensor works easily, and the finger slides pleasantly across the screen. Along the way, we eliminated the jambs after the previous repair (WiFi did not work well). Unlike my colleagues, all the replaced parts were returned to me with the phone (in the previous service, it is unknown whether the cable was replaced or the old one was made). They gave a discount card for the next repair. I will recommend it, excellent service!

There are no special complaints about the quality of work-everything is standard, although I had to re-wear the Kindle for repairs (the battery was changed), it did not work for long.But at the reception, Vitaly just annoys with his arrogance and disrespect for someone else's time. He is constantly late for the opening by 25-30 minutes, while not looking guilty, it seems like it should be!They don't behave like that with people.I will not go to them anymore, although I have repeatedly addressed them before.

They said the cost of repairs and most likely you need to change the parts)))I decided to clarify the technical aspects of the repair .The question was, how does water disable the components of the board?The answer is, why do you need it?!?! . There was no clear answer. He asked if I was communicating with the master or the receptionist - I did not receive an answer. There was doubt about the qualifications of this person. I did not like the bias and tactless behavior of the engineer, who called himself Vitaly. The repair contract was not fulfilled. They refused to repair it due to the fact that 12 days after handing over the laptop, I called them 2 times to clarify when they would start repairing. I got the answer: if you don't like it, take it away and repair it yourself. Arriving at the service to pick up the laptop, they replied that they could not give it back because it was disassembled. Wait for the call. I've been waiting for the call for 3 days. They called. I had to take the computer away unrepaired and look for another service.

I think if you don't know how, don't take it..we just lost 4 days, and it is not yet known what he was twisting there, maybe he broke them altogether, and headphones are not cheap !!
