I called this "service" about the repair of the Samsung UE46F8000 TV, described in detail the symptoms to the master who picked up the phone, to which he, almost immediately, barely listened to the end, pronounced the verdict: "Your matrix flew!". I am a little familiar with video electronics (no joke, I worked for several years in the assembly shop at Horizon) and I know that the manifestations of this "sore" are completely different from those that were announced by me. Moreover, I suggested out loud that it was not at all a damaged matrix (for a moment, repairing or replacing it would cost me almost the entire current cost of the TV itself), but the oxidized contacts of the matrix loop or a common defect of the t-con board, which in this very service costs 50 rubles (restored) + refund to the service of the defective fee + 25 rubles for installation, which would take, according to the "master", about an hour. Then followed his tirade that for sure this is not the only problem of my TV, that for sure something else will need to be repaired, for example, to change and adapt the memory on the motherboard for an additional 200 rubles... Even this I was ready to do, but the last straw was that to my reasonable question about the courier delivery of my unfortunate TV to the workshop (this FREE service is prescribed in the price list), the "master" replied that "... for 75 rubles, the courier will not go for your TV, but I have to go to you myself home and change the payment you have - there is no special desire!".

In total, we have in the dry balance: an hour of work of this "master" costs 75 rubles, without (!!!) investments (and this is a good rate of a qualified IT specialist, for example, in the USA), and even then, it turns out that for such money this homegrown "master" from Belarus has no special desire to do his job!
It's sad that you have to write a negative review based on your experience, but not to write it means putting someone else at risk of deception, completely inexperienced in all these subtleties of radio electronics, someone who will meekly carry a broken TV /laptop / microwave/etc. on his hump to this "sharaga", and who is like this "the would-be master" will rip off like a stick!
To summarize: look for another workshop. This one doesn't like their job, but selflessly loves your money. And such concepts as "honesty", "conscience" or "professional ethics" are an empty sound for them!
The world's worst service!
I put the TV in for repair. They said they needed some important detail. It is not available now and you need to wait. I waited. I was waiting. I called once every three months myself) then the wrong thing came, then something else..almost a year has passed) once again I called and told them to return the TV. I took it to another place and took it back 4 days later. Paying even less than a year ago, the Guildsmen wanted to rip me off.
Don't fix anything there.
Real professionals work in this service, they approach each client responsibly. The prices are reasonable, the repairs are transparent, the work is done efficiently and on time.
The broken backlight in the Samsung TV was quickly and efficiently repaired. We changed the burned-out LEDs to new, high-quality ones. The TV now works like new. Thanks to Master Vasily.
I would like to thank the service center for the repair. There was a problem in the form of a lack of images on TV, everything was successfully fixed in a couple of days. A month has passed since the repair, the image does not disappear.
The speakers in the TV burned out and I was already thinking of buying a new one at all. But I turned here and it turned out even cheaper to fix this old TV. Now it sounds like a new one, for which I am grateful.
