I do not recommend the service. Reasons:
1) Very "muddy" points of reception of equipment for repair. It was just a convenient address, but when handing over the equipment, there were already big doubts about the correctness of the decision.
2) The details of breakdowns are not signed at the reception, and the masters do not even call customers, and therefore they do not understand anything that does not work (and this is not always obvious). In the future, the client also communicates with the girls, who, according to the client, in their own words, perhaps convey something to the masters.
3) we took the equipment for diagnostics - only after a week I was able to find out that the phone seemed to be working, and the master simply did not know what to do with it (it did not work when being repaired, of course), so the phone just lay there for a week.
The question remains whether it will work when I pick it up.
I highly recommend it. I repaired an electronic piano. I called a courier to come and pick it up. I've been waiting for 3 days. They said on the phone to call a courier – 100 UAH. It is written on the website – 50 UAH. The courier asked for 150. The instrument was diagnosed in 5 working days. Although the problem of electronic pianos is well known to everyone – the worn-out contact group under the keys. We repaired it for another 7 working days. As a result, the problem remained. Some keys scream, some don't sound. I turned the piano on my own – not a single contact group has been replaced. I believe that they wiped the contacts with alcohol and cotton wool and decided that it would do. I think they weren't even going to change anything, because they demanded 1650 UAH for repairs, and the cost of the entire contact group for 88 keys costs $ 95 (I found out later), i.e. for 1650 UAH. you will be offered to vacuum your instrument, or wipe it with alcohol at most. Be vigilant.
Self-respecting organizations are usually guided by the principle of "doing well" in their work. The motto of this office is "if we do it, it's good."
Example 1 - repair of an expensive headset (soldering the plug into four pins). They repaired it for two weeks (at the time of admission to the repair, it was about one), they took a third of the cost of a new one for repairs. There is no reason to complain about the quality - it holds up no worse than a new one.
Example 2 - laptop repair (for no apparent reason it stopped turning on the first time, the screen mounts are damaged). They talked about the "damaged signal beams", pulled the cat by the tail for almost two months, returned without repair (in my opinion, it was not even opened). It turned out to be the power button.
There will be no Example 3 - I will not set foot there anymore. And I don't advise you either.

My asus K55vm laptop turned off for no reason. A month ago, I took their laptop for diagnostics. They promised free diagnostics on the condition that I would repair my laptop with them. I read a lot of positive reviews about the work of this service center and with a calm soul gave them my gadget. They said that they would call within three working days and give a conclusion. I waited 5 days. As a result, I called myself. I found out that the north bridge needs to be replaced. I completely trusted them and agreed to their price (which, as it turned out later, was almost 2 times higher than that set in other service centers) and a period of 2 weeks. After the specified period, no one called me. I waited a couple more days and called myself. They explained something vaguely to me and asked me to wait another week. A week later, I received a COMPLETELY NON-WORKING LAPTOP!!! They said it was impossible to repair it at all. I decided to take it to another service. They carried out diagnostics there and said that my motherboard, RAM and processor had burned out. But all this can be replaced. Such breakdowns, as they explained to me, were most likely the result of unsuccessful repairs. P.S. do not believe the reviews on the official website of these charlatans and in any case do not carry your equipment to their service center!

I was repairing the Arciton cooking surface. Diagnostics of 100 grams and for the type of repair - replacement of contacts, they wanted as much as 1300 grams. When asked to call the master upon receipt of the repair of the product, they said that he had quit an hour ago. Then, after the scandal, he suddenly appeared. According to him, the reason for the surface failure was that it was incorrectly connected during installation! Rave! At the same time, she worked for 8 years.
There was a guy nearby. He told them that the router was passed to them for diagnosis. I was buggy. They charged him 600 grams for repairs. He refused. I went to another place. And there they told him that the router was fine- it just had to be overloaded- Hung- restart was pressed - and it worked.
There are no tariffs for repairs - there are no prices for anything . the broken parts do not show- I have, like, my spare parts thrown away by the cleaner.

I regularly looked at the status of the application on the website-it is in progress. after 2 weeks, I gave a request for a callback. Oddly enough, the master called (the manager should have called), said that he had fixed everything:since no condensate was used (I used bottled water, there is no scale from it), the system is overgrown with "moss" and he cleaned everything and the device can be taken away. after 5 minutes, the manager called, I said that everything was clarified by the master, to my question where were the promised SMS messages about the readiness of the device, the manager replied that they should have come. I brought the device home-the situation has not changed with it. the next day, I took it to moi-service and handed it over for re-repair. a day or two later, the master calls, we talked about the condition of the device and possible damage. I regularly visited the site again, looked at the status of the application, waited for an SMS, and almost a month later I gave a callback request. they called back after about an hour (it is indicated that within 15 minutes). They said they could take it away. I asked again about the SMS - it was supposed to come-there was no SMS, which is already natural. I pick up the device, the fields "cause of failure" and "work done" are blank in the receipt. I asked the manager why, she replied that the master did not fill it out for some reason. I brought the device home, I check it-the condition is even worse than it was. now I'm thinking how to do the right thing

Good day to everyone. I had a coffee maker repaired, with the problem of "no coffee supply". We called back quickly, the day after I passed. They said that the pump was out of order, I agreed to repair it. The coffee maker is working. Good service.

I handed over my Ulysses Nardin for cleaning. It was necessary urgently and there was no time to look for officials. I thought they would do everything in front of me, but I had to leave it. I also thought that the spare parts would be replaced.They offered to go for an independent examination later. After the trip, I took it to the officials - they opened it in front of me and confirmed that all the samples were original.
They took the money, but did not make repairs. They didn't give the check, they didn't admit their guilt.
