I ordered a replacement battery for a Huawei phone. I liked the responsible approach and service: they selected the battery according to my requirements, and not just "just to replace it", besides informing me how the search process is going. And the price is good. In general, I was satisfied!

During working hours, the employee was absent from the workplace. They wrote a note that the break is 30 minutes. I stood for 45 minutes, and no one. I called several times, no one picked up the phone, as I was lying at my workplace. An hour of empty time.
