They don't answer the phone. The diagnosis was done for a week (If they hadn't called a hundred times every day, it might have been longer). Allegedly, they ordered spare parts that were transported from Minsk for two weeks. As a result: they did not deliver. They don't communicate respectfully. The worst service.
