We arrived at the store on 08/26/24, bought 200k worth of goods, Serik advised. He did not arouse any suspicions, showed everything, told me the delivery time was two days. Then the most interesting thing begins: there was no delivery at the specified time. I found out myself that the car was delayed when I called the store, but I reacted calmly. The deadline was extended for two more days, after which there was also no delivery and at the same time you can't get through to the store, they just don't answer and don't call back. A week has passed, I wrote that if there is no delivery on Monday (2.09.24), then we will issue a refund and buy elsewhere, which in fact happened.
Bottom line: irresponsible attitude towards customers and current orders, poor logistics, as goods are being transported from the warehouse of Astana. Do not buy anything here, at least not out of stock - you will waste your time.
