2 months do not return the laptop from repair!!!
There was a working laptop. I gave it to change the disk to an SSD and clean it at the same time. When I took it away, I could hear a screw dangling inside, and the laptop began to warm up. They took it back to solve the problem with overheating. At first, they answered the phone: "Call me in 2-3 days." Then they stopped answering the phone. In person, they said: "There's a problem there. The master is sorting it out. Don't worry. In 3 days, a courier will bring your laptop home for free."
Another 3 days have passed....
I hope that the feedback will speed up the process and the guys will finally do what they broke.

I filled the laptop with mineral water. After reading the instructions, I put it to dry for 2 days (The Master said that next time you can / should take notes immediately). Communication is as polite as possible. The first thing I was surprised that I found something suitable (I was looking mainly for reviews) working on Sundays. I already had the laptop on Monday afternoon. They showed pictures of the disassembled one, explained what the problem was (after flooding, noise appeared) and cleaned it. I was surprised, but they didn't offer a discount for the review. Definitely above expectations.

My whole explanation of the problem sounded like this: "It takes a long time to turn on, the screen is dark." We conducted diagnostics and identified the causes of the malfunction. The battery was changed in my Toshiba Satellite C50-A-K9K laptop. Honestly, the fastest, friendliest, most professional! They were always in touch with me and kept me informed of everything: cost, deadlines, etc. They did the work very, very quickly (over the weekend), although there was no urgency!

I applied to other organizations and everywhere they refused to repair, because the model is old and everyone recommended buying a new laptop. He was very important to me, because he was given to me and he should live to the end of my studies. I was offered two variations - either a bu or a new one to order. Together we chose the second option. The case arrived 2 weeks later and now my laptop looks as good as new, as at the time of purchase, I am very satisfied.
