I do not recommend this workshop. I've been here a couple of times. The first time I applied to replace the zipper in the boot. I was told that when replacing the zipper, they will not be able to stitch so smoothly and the line will be crooked (it's good that they admitted right away that they do not know how to sew a zipper). I had to turn to another workshop. The second time I brought two products for repair: one half-boot and boots. The half-boot made a crackling sound when walking. This is the problem I addressed. I was told that it was a support and they began to bend the shoe with all their might, to which I made a remark so that they would not break anything. They took in repairs. I took them out of the repair, paying for the supinator. I came home and put on my shoes. And the crackling has not gone away. What was repaired and why??? A few days later I went to get the boots, taking the shoe back. When I said that there was a crack in the shoe, they said that it was not for them, but for the manufacturer. The question is, why did they fix something that was not broken – the supinator (the heel did not go)? Then I was waiting for a "surprise" when I took the boots. I brought them for repair, because the sole cracked. I was offered two types of prevention: polyurethane and rubber. I chose polyurethane, although it is more expensive, but it is thinner and better suited in appearance. When accepting boots for repair, the master drew my attention to a small scratch near the sole, so that there were no complaints. When I came to get my boots, I was very surprised, they glued rubber prevention into my boots, and when they polished the sides, they cut off a layer of paint on the skin, and they "broke out" so much that now it will get wet in any rain, and for some reason they also cut off part of the factory prevention. I took the boots from the repair, paid as for polyurethane and now I'm thinking what to do with them. The view is ruined. There is no workshop! Unfortunately, alas! I regret that I turned to the nearest, that is, to them, to the workshop. Where and how to fix what they have done?
