I have not used other dry cleaners, so there is nothing to compare it with. But, as for bed linen, carpets, etc., everything is perfectly washed, ironed, folded, absolutely fine. But I gave the jacket away, I thought they could help with removing a small stain on my shoulder ....... the trouble was, it got worse, I had to throw the jacket away. The staff is polite, the acceptance and delivery are fast, and the service is quite good.

We often used the services of this dry cleaner, and everything was fine until the last request. I brought a nice jacket to remove stains on the sleeves. There was a metal decorative element ON the jacket pocket IN the MOST PROMINENT place. When I received the jacket back, I noticed that a piece of fabric was sewn there. I did not attach any importance to this, because I know that all metal elements on clothes are lined with fabric. It was only at home that I realized that my element was missing. Instead, a large piece of YELLOW cloth was tightly sewn on the sewing machine, resembling a label torn from some other thing! Not only does this label not match at all with the silver color of the jacket, it is also sewn carelessly, like a patch! The employee herself did not say anything, but quickly turned the jacket inside out and helped put it in a bag. I'm disappointed. The jacket was not old, not cheap and quite original. Why couldn't you have said it right away? Maybe I would have fixed this defect in the atelier in some other way. And it will not be possible to alter this squalor in a prominent place, because holes will remain on the material. It would seem a trifle, but it is very unpleasant. I don't know if it makes sense to go and swear... But I would not advise anyone to bring expensive things.
