Disgusting communication. Having brought jeans with a cropped edge and slits on the side, when asked to do so that they would not talk, they spread their hands to me saying that they did not know how to help "I should not have bought such jeans." Tactlessness is at the highest level. An ordinary overlock and 5 minutes of work would not have missed the client.
