Not decent guys, the task is only to earn money, but not to help with the problem. I turned to the workshop to repair the leaking rail. The work was done quickly, the removal, installation and repair of the rail were calculated at 500 rubles. They gave a guarantee. I took the car and paid off. The next day, the car was driven onto a lift for diagnostics, as the car was being prepared for sale and the buyer wanted to look at it from the bottom. It turned out that the entire rail was in the same layer of dirt and oil as before the repair , the bolts for removing the rail were in the same layer of dirt, that is, the rail was not even removed. Not to mention its sink for leak diagnostics and high-quality repairs. Probably, having seen a leak in one upper oil seal, it was simply replaced without removing, without diagnosing, without washing the rail. At the same time, they took 250 rubles for the removal / installation. I consider this a blatant deception. Having described this story at the service station where the car was lifted, the employees were not surprised that such a story happened at Mastergur, according to them, customers had already come to them after this service with similar complaints. So my case is not an exception, but a system.

Hello everyone. I want to express my gratitude to the specialists of the company Master Gur Kirill, Pavel and the taller guy I don't know your name :)), but thank you all for solving my problem!
I repaired the car in another service, changed the shock absorbers, pallet gasket and everything else. I rode the car for a while, after which I got strange clicks when turning the steering wheel. In addition, I decided to throw away everything old and put the whole new suspension, but the clicks did not go away, other service men said that it was a RAIL!
I applied under warranty to master gur, showed what the problem was, to which they gave me the answer that it was not a rack and offered to drive the car into the next box to check the pit under load.
Half an hour turning the steering wheel in different directions found the problem in the loosened bolt of the direct lever and that's it.
I definitely recommend the service, we found a problem that is not related to the rail!
Who has clicks, check the bolts, it's better to clamp them yourself))
In general, I was satisfied. The staff is adequate, the people are pleasant.

Terrible service , I do not recommend it , they kept the removed rail for more time than was agreed for diagnosis (not even 1 day ...)
After that, they sentenced the tips and rods, which are almost new (after saying that it had all changed recently and without backlash, they paused and translated the topic), they announced one price for diagnostics, at the end a completely different one (as a result) , they did not say anything specific except "to everything, there is no point in doing , we will drop the number who can bring used ones"....
Bottom line: I took it to another station, diagnosed it in 10-15 minutes, everything was done in less than a day, everything was adequate for the price (it turned out to be cheaper by $ 200-250) everything was done with a guarantee and as it should be …

A couple of months ago, on the recommendation of the guys from the community for my car, I stopped by these guys to repair the rail. At one point, all the liquid went through it :(
I liked the service very much, I left the car in the morning, picked it up in the evening. During the repair, they constantly called and brought up to date.
Initially, after the removal of the reiki, they called and prepared for the worst, explained the reason and showed the photo, promised to do everything possible, which in general they did. They wasted the shaft, installed repair seals, replaced the anthers, filled in new liquid and made a collapse at a nearby service. My steering rods did not allow this to be done, but fortunately they turned out to have suitable used rods, which were installed for free!
