We removed the cladding as much as possible (we have an installation), "specialists" arrived and said they could not change anything because access was limited. I asked what it was limited to, they told me what to do with the taps to turn off the water. I said that we would have no problem shutting off the water when we leave for a long time. No one listened to me and they wrote "restricted access" in the act. They told me to go to Trostenetskaya, get the meters and call someone to replace them, then call them again so that they sealed the finished work. It turns out that they could be replaced immediately, but you just have to pay, as I understand it, these would-be specialists were waiting for an additional one.payment. By the way, when I received the counters, I asked the master what kind of taps should be blocked to replace the counters, to which they replied that those that are near the counters (I thought that maybe some special ones overlap when replacing), if these "specialists" had told me right away that only their it is necessary to block them, I would have blocked them myself, let them change, so no - buy them for money. Sadness comes from such specialists.
