I was given a certificate for visiting the spa. I've never been here before. I called two days in advance of the expected day of the visit, asked what to have with me, they said a swimsuit and the certificate itself, nothing more. Did you clarify again, are you sure you don't need anything? I definitely don't need anything else. Upon arrival, it turns out that she had to have all the bathroom accessories with her.
In all other spa centers, you don't bring anything with you, and they'll wash you from head to toe. Here the concept of "spa" is completely different.
The receptionist offered shampoo, but it seemed it was just liquid soap. I liked the Jacuzzi, the wet steam room and the massage therapist's work. The rest is not. Oh, and the barbecue wings are delicious.

I read a lot of reviews and previously decided to go exploring before leading a family. I liked it, the receptionist explained everything and showed me. Polite and friendly.
In the end, everything was fine. A bathrobe and towel are provided at the entrance, this is included in the price. I need my own slippers.
The water in the pool is warm, the changing rooms and bathrooms are clean, the food is delicious. The Jacuzzi is working. My husband went for a back massage, I liked it.
I took off the star for the hammam, the stone was slightly warm and the temperature in the sauna was not high enough for me.

I like everything! The only thing I don't like is swimming without hats, with loose manes in the pool, after that I don't want to swim. As it is, everything is fine, good cuisine, good service. And the steam rooms are cool, and the hammam is generally super! Clean, cozy. I've been there three times in a week. Thank you to all the staff!
