Very bad service, personnel is not competent. Doesn’t worth the price.
For early check-in asked 50% charge total of ~200 usd, however, didn’t allow to breakfast.
The place and the Hotel are great, thanks to all the staff, the excellent staff are good-natured! Especially the words of gratitude I would like to say to Ulmeken the security service, thank you very much to her, my brother became ill, an ambulance was called, she was constantly worried, even when we left, she called, wrote, worried, a woman with a big heart, may Allah give her health and all the best!
The hotel meets all the requirements of the most demanding traveler in the price-quality category. In addition to receiving visitors for the night, many presentations, exhibitions, and excursions on a variety of topics are held here. The design of the hotel, both halls, halls, and the rooms themselves, is magnificent. There are smoking rooms to choose from. The price also includes a free breakfast: varied and very tasty - just "lick your fingers". Regular corporate clients are provided with "astronomical" discounts. Welcome to the Renaissance Hotel!
The hotel is a little tired, but the level remains the same, there is a wonderful swimming pool, sauna, magnificent gym, one of the best in Kazakhstan among the hotels! Room service and good level of service! Separately , I would like to write about breakfast - the best 🔝👍🏼
Great hotel! The service is at the highest level: they respond to the case, react instantly and give a lot of useful information. Applies to all areas of service in this hotel: reception, cleaning, food, dry cleaning.
It's a great hotel, although it's old, but you can see that it's being watched. Excellent service. The best beds and pillows. The bathroom is super comfortable to lie there in the water and relax
Nice hotel. Some repairs are already required. Formerly part of the Marriot Bonvoy network. But from 12/15/2024 it ceases to be part of the network, let's see if the quality will decrease. One of the advantages is the location and an awesome breakfast. Of the disadvantages, there are no opening windows in the rooms, only the HVAC system.
Comfortable rooms with everything you need, polite and helpful staff. An excellent fitness center, which, however, works not only for guests, but also for external visitors. The food quality is good, and the prices are slightly above average.
Excellent hotel, quite friendly atmosphere. The breakfasts are at the highest level. I liked the fitness room, the pool and the spa area. The staff is very polite and hospitable. The rooms are clean and cozy
I like everything here!!! The rooms are clean, not smoky, and this is the most important thing for me. The bed is just chic)) This is also important! Sauna and swimming pool are normal. Well, the most important thing is breakfast, there are a lot of things in the assortment, and national dishes, even breakfast) is very tasty. The staff is polite, in general, I like everything here!
I have been to this hotel more than once, an excellent hotel with friendly staff, the breakfast is very tasty, the location is excellent, in the city center, I advise everyone.
Among the disadvantages - An unreasonably high price, polite staff, good breakfasts, clean, tidy rooms, convenient location of the hotel, nearby cafes, restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms are normal, the cleaning is so-so, there are dirty toilets. Slippers, toilet accessories must be constantly requested. It's annoying to fill out a questionnaire every time. Early breakfast sucks
Beautiful outside and inside the hotel. Pleasant atmosphere, cozy rooms, friendly staff, beautiful view from the windows, the buffet is amazing. There is a swimming pool.
Everything is fine, even there is a pool, in summer to take a dip, but I did not like the fact that the windows do not open for ventilation, you have to breathe only because the air conditioner will inflate, and this is unlikely to appeal to allergy sufferers or those who love fresh air.
The hotel is very tired: both the rooms and the service. Prices are very high, but it is clear why: there are not so many alternatives for normal housing.
Great hotel. Sauna, hammam, cozy swimming pool. Towels and linen are boiling white. It's nice to be in the room. There is a large selection of dishes for breakfast. A high level is felt
The Renaissance is convenient, good, but it is gradually getting old. I first visited here ten years ago, and nothing has changed for the better since then.
Super hotel , super service , the only minus, in the fitness part, in the women's locker room - the sauna smells bad, there seems to be no hood in the sauna or does not work , although the reception is aware - the situation has not been corrected , you can stand for a maximum of a minute - the smell is killer (((((
A good hotel for its price, the breakfasts are hearty and delicious, there are problems with the toilet in the room) Since the hotel is no longer new, but generally suits, there is also a Chechen pub nearby.
A great hotel. Everything is clean, cozy, and tasteful. Nice design, new furniture, snow-white fluffy towels. The staff is polite and friendly. There were no complaints about the cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised by the free Wi-Fi with good speed and the availability of parking.
Honestly... it's a citadel of moths. In the rooms, condoms are like a velkam package along with water. Individual rooms are marked on the other side of the corridor with baskets of flowers, and different girls and men endlessly go to these rooms. Breakfast is good in the restaurant, but no one will hurry. I'm silent about just going in and eating at lunch or dinner. You won't even wait for ice cream. It was cold in the room. On the second night, 2 heaters were brought, and the windows do not open in the hotel. Well, at least they didn't let me freeze, and thanks for that.
Excellent spacious rooms, pleasant atmosphere, convenient location (everything is within walking distance). Gorgeous large beds with double mattresses. A good gym, the best treadmills I've ever seen and also a very nice bonus is a pool with warm water and a hammam with a sauna!
Stayed here for 4 days. The rooms are quite tired, although it is clear that they are trying to keep clean. The impression of the hotel is greatly spoiled by the festivities of expats (England, USA) with ladies on the first floor in the bar. Who wants to just sit down to eat, it will be unpleasant.
It's cool in the rooms, the air conditioner didn't work. The pool needs a hat, they said, although no hotel in the world asked for a hat for the pool. The noise insulation is very weak, then the traffic light near the hotel did not work and the police whistle drilled his ears all day, then they held a concert (but the breakfast is excellent
Everything is very relative.
If we compare the average (basic) standard of service among other Atyrau hotels, then Renaissance is certainly among the best. It is definitely among the top three and provides its visitors with high-quality service.
But the comparison with Astana, or even more so with Almaty, loses. Not because the cooking is worse or the taps are leaking (everything is fine in everyday terms), it's just that the West is the West.
Here, politeness is considered a sign of weakness, and a smile seems inappropriate.
