The Renaissance Atyrau Hotel is a very respectable establishment, which is part of the international Mariott hotel chain.
Good hotel service is provided at all stages of the guests' stay. The interior is restrainedly cozy, the service is not intrusive. For a 5-7 day stay in the city, it is suitable like no other hotel in Atyrau, given that others are much lower in terms of the number of stars.

In general, it is not bad for Atyrau. But the interior is already old and needs to be repaired. The staff is polite. It is very expensive, for such a sum, bathrobes and slippers could be given immediately and not force people to beg. They save on everything. A typical 3-star hotel when compared with big cities.

The hotel is good, but the rooms are significantly "tired," cosmetic repairs are required in places. There are no toothbrushes and shaving kits in the rooms, this is a minus. The buffet is more European-American, there is not enough national flavor. Overall, the score is four.

I have been attending the VALEO Health Club for the second year. Everything is fine. The simulators are in excellent condition, a good swimming pool. After training, you can take a shower and go to the sauna, there are by the way two of them. The staff is friendly. A fitness trainer is also constantly present in the gym.
I have already recommended this gym to my friends and acquaintances.
I also recommend it to anyone who has not yet decided on a place to play sports.

Nice hotel, in the city center. It takes 7 minutes by taxi from the airport. Clean, cozy, good breakfasts. What I didn't like - such obvious things as a bathrobe and other toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, cotton swabs, etc.) - only on request through the reception. There is no shoe brush either. There is soap, shampoo, towels, slippers, iron.
In terms of events, the halls are inconveniently located on the second floor, rather dark. The foyer is also uncomfortable - crooked, with columns. But there are no alternatives (The kitchen is good. The reception staff is polite and helpful. Banqueters have to be kicked.

I've been here on isolation for 7 days.
Cons: the staff breaks into the room without knocking, cleaning before arrival in the rooms is not of high quality, it is impossible to ventilate the room because there are no vents on the windows, there is no ventilation with an influx of outside air, the air conditioner shafts are not cleaned (dust on the ventilation grilles), the refrigerator without shelves, lamps on floor lamps do not work, a bathrobe is not given (only slippers), worn surface of walls (in the room) and ceilings (in the bathroom), no heated towel rail.
Positive: the food is delicious, there is tea and coffee in the rooms, towels and bed linen are clean, polite staff at the reception at the entrance.
Yes, not everything is perfect, but I do not recommend this hotel for a holiday.
The level of 3 stars feels like it.
