I join the previous review, it feels like people are being forced to leave a positive review on the booking under torture) the main advantages of the hotel are a new modern design , clean , the location is controversial (everything is nearby, but from 20 to 3 cars drive with music pumped to the maximum, so our bed and walls were shaking) . Now about the disadvantages
1. Bathroom, hygienic shower flows ( those who will not be able to use it , and despite the fact that there is no brush , you may have to use a shower and stand in the input after applying it ) . There is only cold water coming from the tap in the sink , the heated towel rail does not work , there is very little water pressure in the shower and you have to wait quite a long time for hot water to go.
2. Breakfast. EVERY DAY you will have an omelet of 2 eggs ( or an omelet ) , a quarter of a sausage, a quarter of a cucumber , a quarter of a tomato , a slice of cheese , a slice of margarine , bread . For some reason they will ask you - do you want coffee with sugar ? But even if you say no sugar and no milk , they will still bring you 3in1 coffee .
Next, an appeal to the owner - guys, you spent money on a designer , on a cool repair , you have a super location (of course you are not responsible for cars, although you could think about sound insulation ), BUT do you think it's okay to eat eggs and coffee 3in1 every day?? In the end, someone does not eat eggs, it is simply harmful for most to eat 2 eggs a day, PORRIDGE costs no more than scrambled eggs, well, why can't you add a minimum variety without spending extra money.
3 Service , wants to be better , one administrator is OK , the second ( a swarthy young man with a beard ) is extremely strange . By default, nothing is done, linen and towels are not changed, but if you ask, everything will be done.
I booked this hotel on Booking, but upon check-in at the hotel they asked me to cancel the reservation on Booking, which, unfortunately, I did (very wrongly, I do not advise doing this anywhere, especially in this hotel, because the opportunity to write a review on Booking was missed). It is not clear where such a rating on Booking comes from, in fact it is just a large apartment that has been divided into rooms. There are 6 rooms in total, a breakfast area for 3 tables. In general, the rooms already look shabby, the plumbing is even worse.
Of the advantages:
1. The hotel is located in the center, close to both the embankment and the old town.
Of the cons:
1. It's noisy. It's really noisy! I saw an indication of this in the reviews on Booking, but they wrote about it in passing that I decided that the guests were confused by the usual urban noise from the road. In fact, all night, until 2-3 am, cars with open windows, roof hatches and generally everything else that can be opened will pass along the street nearby, as long as the music is heard by everyone within a radius of 20 km. Musical preferences are strongly for the amateur. I didn't like it.
This will not only be the case on Friday and weekends. It will be like this every day.
And no, closed windows do not save at all. The first night I just didn't sleep. Then somehow it worked.
2. Hot water.
In addition to the weak water pressure in the shower, it was necessary to drain the water for 10-15 minutes, until it finally turned from cold to room temperature. Sometimes she even got hot. Sometimes it didn't even become indoor. If you like to cheer up, come here.
3. Breakfast.
The choice is only between scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs, tea and coffee. The omelet is accompanied by low-edible cheese, even less edible sausage/sausages, as well as tasteless tomatoes. Bread and butter. Instant coffee. In general, the breakfast is questionable.
4. Cleaning.
For some reason, the hotel, which positions itself as a 4-star hotel, decided that cleaning can be done every other day. Well, that's it. Towels and bed linen are of such a color that it feels like they are washing the floor.
5. The size of the room. 25 sq.m is stated on Booking, in fact there is a maximum of 15 sq.m.
In general, the question is not that the hotel is already so bad (except for the noise and the water situation), the question is that the price-quality ratio is not in favor of the client. It also doesn't match the rave reviews on Booking.
It's a very nice hotel. It is located in the city center, in a very convenient location. The room is beautiful, clean, modern, with high ceilings and a cool balcony. I really liked it here)
