In general, they can't even be given one star, just for the beautiful packaging of services. The last time I came for an oil change, I washed the car at a professional car wash before the trip, and when I was issued, they included a technical car wash without my consent, which cost more than a professional wax-coated car wash. The blue eye claimed that the car was dirty. Before that, there was a case where the side rearview mirror broke (only a piece of glass), after they called the price, I started looking at other service stations, found it and replaced it at 16 (sixteen!) times cheaper. I changed the oil a couple of years ago, so I managed to replace 2 oil filters. I noticed it well before the payment, but it turned out that there was no boss who could authorize the recalculation, I had to wait several hours, the payment was not accepted anyway, the car was not returned, the book of comments also turned out to be with that boss (at least that's what they explained to me), the boss appeared only after threatening to call the police and did not even I apologized. Don't set foot on them anymore, and I don't advise others.

Just tin will never turn again. The replacement of the timing resulted in two days of replacements at work and three washes before each attempt to replace it. The first time I signed up, I arrived. At first it seems to be nothing, but then it's just a circus. Prices dance incomprehensible discounts. Prices take such a feeling from the ceiling on the principle of rolled or not rolled. The first attempt to replace the timing ended with the return of the car back with a fucked-up working day, time and washing. For some strange reasons, they did not have a video. Then there was a whole two-part story with this video. I arrived next time with the purchased spare part on the side on their tip. I washed the car and fucked up the second working day for money, of course, and after a few hours they call and say the video does not fit and then they show what it should be according to the photos. As a result, the car was issued again and the video was returned. In addition, asking a question about the warranty after replacing the timing was to slip a piece of paper that I was warned about the consequences with my piece of paper. That is, as I understand it, if something goes wrong, they will legally turn everything out in such a way where my video purchased on their recommendation and their negligence will be the culprit. Later they said that their video costs as much as 216 rubles. What are you, crazy, a timing kit costs 280 rubles. As a result, I bought a whole timing kit for them, they slipped everything the same thing for another day for money, they fucked up at work plus a sink. And so on, there were a lot of interesting things between all this, I would be happy to share, but I will not write a poem anymore. I do not advise in the literal sense. And I myself will never go to the same garage again, only the cover and everyone in suits. If you hope for guarantees and so on, then no one will ever give. The most important thing is that the hands grow from the right place
