It is an ideal place for skiing. There is not enough room for washing wet things. Breakfasts can be improved. And so a good price, adequate staff - they went to the meeting in everything and even delivered food to the room at night. It is very convenient that there is a decent sauna on the 1st floor.

Strong 3 stars. The rooms are in average condition. The unfortunate location of the sink, it is too far away and you need to reach out to wash your hands and face. wifi is weak, but it works. the only thing I want to say a huge thank you for is a good breakfast. it's on 4/5. in general, if you want to stay for a couple of nights, it's a normal option.

I got number 210. The room is cute at first glance, but there are also disadvantages.
• The closet in the room has poor depth. Things on hangers had to be hung diagonally, because otherwise the doors wouldn't close.
• There is a refrigerator, located in a cabinet, the door of which was very poorly closed.
• The bathroom is very cold.
• The shower is extremely uncomfortable. The shower head was leaking, but most importantly, the water temperature was constantly changing. First it's comfortable, then it's hot, then it's cold, then it's comfortable again. And it's all in one position. In addition, the doom watering can could only be fixed in one position, which seemed too high to us. Height is not adjustable.
• The thermostat in the room is not working properly. Instead, they opened and closed the window, which has no adjustment.
On the plus side, we liked that the rooms are well cleaned. Towels are changed every day, bed linen too.
We went skiing in Cimbulac every day. The location of the hotel allows you to get there in 20-25 minutes by taxi.

Good location. You can walk to the center. The rooms are comfortable, but you need to choose where the windows go out. We were right next to a building under construction ((( and it was a little cold.

Service: there is a SPA and gym (included in the room rate); rooms are cleaned every day; the girls are polite and ready to solve any issue!

Nice nice hotel. But a terrible mattress, all sagged already. Bed linen with stains. Pillows are also not comfortable, but this is for an amateur.

Sooooo poor service and maintenance 💩
To begin with, when checking in and paying, we were not even told that there was no cold water in the hotel. This was reported to us 3 minutes later by the cleaner at the room - a type of accident in the city. And it's +38 outside, and there's no way to wash off the road. Of course, we asked how it happened that when paying we were not notified of such an important detail, well - "shift change at the reception, we did not know anything"🤪
Next, we had to first ask for an extra bathrobe / towel in the room (the room was immediately booked for 3), then we realized that there was no bed linen for the third one either - they asked again.
The water was returned in the morning, we changed our mind about leaving and decided that everything was OK. But in the evening there was no water again
And you know what they told us at the reception - you can flush in the toilet from a 5-liter bottle, here it is, but we don't know anything else - it's not us, it's the city that turns off. We didn'T EVEN OFFER a discount on accommodation or something else, we asked for it ourselves, with a fight they gave us a 20% discount and said "that water is not the main thing in service"))))
Well, what can I say - probably in Kazakhstan there is a special issue of stars for hotels, but it's definitely not 4, it's 2 stars at most. I haven't been so rude in a long time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

It is located in a convenient location, near Medeu and Koktobe. The area is perfect. The staff is very polite, warmly welcomed and quickly accommodated. Breakfast is included in the room rate, a wide selection, very tasty. We were also provided with a spa for 2 hours. Hammam, sauna, shower and relaxation area. Objectively the worst hotel I've ever been to.
1. Dust. don't doubt that you will find her here. Even in the elevator...She is carried straight into the elevator cabin.
2. Water. You will not be able to adjust the water in the shower...either hot or cold. The reception will assure you that they will fix this problem, but nothing has changed in a week.
3. Audibility in the rooms. You will be an unwitting listener to someone else's laughter, conversations, or passionate gasps and screams. I don't know about you, but I was unlucky enough to hear someone else's moans 5 out of 7 days of my stay at the hotel.
4. Your room may be "forgotten" to be removed. I've had this happen twice in a week.
5. The restaurant at the hotel. All the indignation fits into 3 words. It's not tasty, it's not enough, it's expensive. Not tasty literally means not tasty.
6. Lack of parking. There is no parking nearby. No way.
7. Pre-Soviet air conditioning system in the rooms. You won't be able to set it up cold or warm, and in addition, the smell of dust will not leave you alone all the time while the system is running.
8. It's cramped. If two people live in the room, then be prepared for the fact that somehow moving around the room without a traffic light will be problematic and, as a result, it is difficult not to clutter up the place with personal belongings. The suitcase will ask for the window.
9. This is not a minus, but rather a general resentment. There are more nuances and shortcomings, but you just don't want to waste time on it.
One of the advantages, perhaps, is the politeness of the staff. But everything is not smooth here either. After sitting on the couch at the reception, you will hear a couple of abusive reactions to content from Instagram or tik tok.
I highly recommend the hotel. At all. Thank you for your attention)
