We rented a Mazda Demio from October 16 to October 20, 2024 for a trip to Issyk-Kul. I am very pleased with the experience of interacting with the company, the communication is polite, informative, which I did not immediately meet when I wrote to the Bishkek rental companies..
Separately, it's nice how people treat their cars, they put a rear-view camera in an old Mazda, a monitor with Bluetooth, it's clear that the car is being taken care of.
The rental conditions are transparent and clear, everything was agreed upon in advance, there were no problems when handing over the car, honestly received fines were deducted from the deposit, they did not try to hang anything superfluous, the rest of the deposit was returned immediately.
The room where the Contract is signed is clean, well-groomed, pleasant, in general, there is nothing to say except the advantages, thank you, I will contact you again next time!

We contacted the Russian Troika based on recommendations and did not lose. I liked absolutely everything from the moment of booking to the delivery of the car. We took a Toyota IST, asked to give out a car at the airport (the service costs 2000 som), at the appointed time we were met with a sign in the arrival hall, helped to issue SIM cards and accepted payment in dollars at the normal exchange rate, so we did not have to change money at the airport. Thanks a lot to Abdrakhman for this! We signed the contract quickly enough, it's nice that the company made the payment for parking at the airport and we didn't have to worry about it.
We drove 4 thousand km in 20 days. The car did not fail. Only one incident happened - a flat tire, but the balloon did not fit and I could not put a spare tire to get to the tire shop. But they promptly brought us another key and left the compressor just in case.
In general, the company's support is at its best, they always responded promptly. We have applied several times to clarify the route so as not to enter the forbidden area. It took only a few minutes to wait for an answer.
There were no problems with the delivery either, the car was inspected, checked for fines and the deposit was returned.

I am very pleased with this company, I rented tayoty ist. During the trip, due to his own inattention, he drove into an area that could not be entered by this car under the contract. It's my fault, I didn't come up with anything and didn't argue, after talking with the owner, we decided to do the following: the mechanics will look at the car and if everything goes fine, they will charge for violations of the contract, and the rest of the collateral will be returned. A couple of days later, they wrote to me in a chat, everything was fine with the car, I only had to change the oil, which amounted to a small amount, and the rest was transferred to my card. So be careful and think over your journey so that it doesn't turn out like mine. Well, in general, the guys are great, the company is great, I will definitely contact them next time.

We booked a car from October 27 to November 2, 2024. Everything is clear - I left a request on the website, they answered me in whatsapp, sent the necessary documents, the reservation was fixed. Since we arrived out of season and there were a lot of available cars, the manager already offered a Subaru jeep at the price of my economy Kia. I agreed and did not regret it, the car was great, Nothing broke, I drove like on my own. Upon return, the deposit was returned immediately, without any problems. We booked an old Lexus, it went haywire on the second day, they changed the car for us without question, and for a fresh Subaru Forester, without any additional payments. What is the most important thing in traveling by rental car??? Whatever it is that doesn't add any headaches on vacation, just a good mood. I read positive reviews, I decided to rent a car in ,, Russian troika,, contacted Vacap , immediately replied , offered options , chose , reset the account . They were met at the airport with a sign , filled out the contract at the car , gave the deposit, paid off, and left. After 4 days we met at the airport , inspected the car, checked the km , full tank . That's it!!!! There is nothing more to write . There were a lot of flaws in the body, but the car was technically sound: the engine, box, suspension worked without complaints. I took a Lexus RX330 for a couple of days - the car is visually quite tired (236 tons of mileage), but there were absolutely no comments on the technical specifications. We went to Ala Archa and Issyk Kul - the car never failed.
The deposit was $500 - I left it in rubles upon receipt, and I received it back in rubles. Communication with employees is very pleasant and understandable. I recommend it!

We filmed the Kia K5, also known as Optima, for 3 days. The car was in 2011, all in patches, mileage 450 thousand km, but quite cheerful. There was some kind of mileage restriction, but in 3 days we managed to go and meet Ala Archa and Issyk-Kul hot springs, there were no problems with the car. They refueled with gas (they asked the tankers). We paid 2500 SOM per day, which I think is quite normal for her. The franchise, which is a pledge, is 500 dollars. We were given a Bluetooth receiver with a radio distribution for music from the phone, a magnetic holder and a sticker on the phone - the owners are young. From the comments, I will note the conditions related to insurance that are not worked out in the text of the contract. It seems to be there and, in fact, covers part of the risks, but the insurance terms are not included in the contract, they are disclosed only in the booking card from the accounting system.

I'm taking a car in the Russian Three for the second time. This time I took a Toyota Prius. Everything is fine!

I was asked to confirm the need for a car immediately before departure, which I did. I sent the guys a screenshot of the tickets and they knew my arrival and departure times. I was told that upon arrival I would be met by a representative with a sign with my name on it. When we arrived, I did not find any of the representatives. When I bought a SIM card and contacted the office, they told me that he was late. The car arrived with a representative almost forty minutes late. This is just the time to get from Bishkek to the airport. I think if I hadn't called, it's unclear when they would have arrived. Although I gave 1,500 som for it. And the car turned out to be the wrong one. Instead of a Subaru outback with left-hand drive, a Lexus 300 SUV with right-hand drive arrived. The representative, polite, sociable, apologized, said that the car was higher class and they kept the price the same.Of course, it was most inconvenient for me to drive along the highway with the right wheel. And I was also not warned in advance about the $ 300 deposit and also about the 3000 km mileage limit, although we talked with the guys when booking.I came home, read the rental conditions carefully on the website and everything is clearly described there about the deposit, mileage and insurance. Another reminder for yourself to read the information carefully!! The car was, of course, pretty battered with a dirty trunk, but generally normal. The car is insured with an offer of $ 300.The representative spoke about the traffic police with advanced radars and about paying fines. In general, the car did not fail, we rolled 1100km, only once something rattled violently at the bottom of the car (it seemed like the car was falling apart now), I called the office (I must admit that they answered the calls without delay) they told me where to turn, we drove to the oil change point where there was an inspection pit and for 200 soms (which they compensated me when handing over the car), they fixed the aluminum protection of something there and there were no more problems with the vehicle. Except that there was no hood opening lever at all when I wanted to pour water into the washer tank. The day before departure, I contacted the office and asked to pick up the car at 11 a.m. without delay, as it is necessary to cross the border and so on. I was firmly assured that they would be there without delay. We arrived at 10.50, I called and was told that they would contact the person who would take the car and refund the deposit. No one at 11:00. I called back and the person I was talking to said he was going by himself and would stay late. As a result, I was 35 minutes late (time to get from Bishkek to the airport) Of course we were nervous. It is unpleasant when we agreed on the time and failed again. The representative, of course, was very polite and apologized. But it seems that they have a system with delays. The whole deposit was given away, apparently they hit the fines and there were none. That's how it is. In my opinion, there were too many joints. Especially with the replacement of cars. And of course the sign rattled on the bumps pretty much.

We took a sedan for 5 days in May. The price is normal, but ugandoshin's car is a mess. The mileage is huge, the whole thing is broken in a circle, the mechanic's box is screwed up. Regarding the substitution in case of a breakdown, there was a phrase that we would try, but from the beginning, bring it back on a tow truck. In short, if possible, book and take a car somewhere else.

The rental prices are quite adequate. There are very different classes of cars (both in price and technique). If you plan to shave your car in winter, then keep in mind that it is much colder in the mountains than in Bishkek, I recommend immediately asking for chains (they are in the office) and stock up on a good washer. Well, in the mountains, four-wheel drive is really more convenient.
It is convenient to communicate with the owners via WhatsApp, Payment can be accepted by different methods, but the card will be a little more expensive.
