I was given a rental car in Prague in the winter by a company tolridge.cz according to my usual Russian driver's license, and they said that as a tourist I could use them to travel all over Europe. Everything went smoothly and clearly, even a credit card was not needed. A refundable deposit of 300 euros (given in rubles) was given immediately upon delivery of the car right at the Prague airport. In general, my review of car rental in Prague is positive. They promised a discount on re-renting a car in the Czech Republic, but I'm unlikely to get ready. The whole of Europe is ahead - the Spanish biennial cartoon burns the passport-)
