I was recommended this service, as only here you can pay in rubles by transfer. The manager is Russian, he makes everything out quickly, you get the car at the address and also hand it over. The whole service is aimed at tourists. But the prices are quite adequate . You can safely contact the tour guide, they will not let you down!

Renting a car with a Russian-speaking manager is a real godsend for Istanbul. We found a rental car on the Internet, which was not far from our hotel. We purposefully came here, knowing that they were already waiting for us. Therefore, the paperwork did not take much time, we drew up a contract, paid the rent by transfer to a card in Sberbank. There were no problems after handing over the car. But we saved a lot of time solving our own cases . There is nowhere without a car in such a huge city.
