I liked: convenient location (Psou), adequate, competent staff, clear rental conditions, a good selection of cars
I didn't like it very much: car headlight settings (it shines for itself, almost nothing is visible at night), untimely replacement of wiper blades: heavy wear

Once there was not a pleasant situation - the tanker refilled the tank after the cut-off, (the Rosneft gas station is very close) and the girl at the PSOU checkpoint convinced me that the tank was not refueled when handing over the car. It wasn't pleasant(

We had a rest in July in Gagra, decided to take a ride around Abkhazia on our own and found the nearest rental by geolocation. For luck, a Honda Fit car was available. Like all rental cars, it is right-hand drive. The registration took about 20 minutes - with installation and acceptance of the car (they took pictures of the damage, showed the buttons and levers). We drove a car for 2 days, driving a right-hand drive car for the first time, but I got used to it in half a day. We passed the Ritz, thermal springs and tasting rooms. We visited New Athos, Gudauta, Pitsunda and more... We had lunch in various restaurants and cafes. And all this slowly and with arrangement thanks to the rental car. Twice I had the "happiness" of communicating with the Gaians, and both times without complaints.
Oh, by the way, beware of cows, they roam without rules. I was lucky to have traveled all over.
The delivery of the car took several minutes - the damage and condition of the wheels were checked - and it is free.
