The girl spoke to us very rudely and with displeasure, at the end of the conversation she said: "don't be offended if you come to us someday and just kiss the closed door!" and hung up. This is the first time I've met with such managers.

I do not recommend it, I booked accommodation a month in advance,confirmed the reservation on the eve of check-in, called back, they assured me that everything was in order, and a few hours before check-in they wrote that they could not pickle, they did not offer any other options, the rest was ruined!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND using these apartments. Based on the recommendation, I booked an apartment a few weeks in advance. I booked via Viber, the girl recommended confirming the reservation the day before. I did so, I texted her the day before that I would be there after 11:00. The girl replied that check-in is only after 14.00. I agreed, and she gave me the address. The next day, when I arrived at the place, namely at 14.30, the girl replied in correspondence that she was very "happy for me." I immediately suspected a catch in this phrase, given that they do not lead their potential customers, you need to "pull out all the questions with ticks", they do not specify beforehand whether the reservation is valid, which of course initially confused me. But it was the contract that was important to me. I started calling this girl. She initially dropped it. Then she called back anyway, since the correspondence can be skimmed, but the phone conversation will still remain unrecorded. She replied to me once again that she was "very happy that I came and very much hopes that I did not think that everyone was waiting for me here with open arms." Confused and taken aback by this situation, because such an approach to the client, of course, is not acceptable, I listened to her. She informed me that I allegedly had not confirmed my reservation. Since the situation was hopeless, the phone was almost empty, and it was 30 degrees outside, there was simply no option to look for somewhere to live. I repeat, the conversation was extremely unpleasant, the girl allowed herself to behave rudely with the client. Otherwise, I would have hung up on you. She offered another apartment and clarified that all questions would be in correspondence only. Then we entered into correspondence and there she no longer allowed herself rudeness. I wrote the address, and after a few minutes I changed the address to another one. I agreed and checked in. Cleaning in the apartment left much to be desired, the floors were dirty, the shower had not been cleaned for a long time, although wet rags and twisted gloves were in the closet. The hot water ran for several minutes, then turned icy. The towels left for the guests were also questionable, the door mat was covered in sand. The next day, when I met my colleague, I found out that she was in exactly the same situation. As it turned out, she was supposed to check in at the address where I was eventually settled. When she arrived at the place, namely at 19.00, the same girl told her the same thing that "she did not confirm the reservation, so the apartment is occupied." Then she was moved into another apartment. The cleaning there also left much to be desired.Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND these apartments to anyone if you take care of your nerves and appreciate your comfort. And such a boorish appeal to customers should not be ignored in any case.
