I do not recommend this company. We ordered a Kia Sorento from them with 1 child safety seat and 1 booster. Not only were they 1.5 hours late with the delivery of the car and they made 2 child seats instead of a booster (the eldest child rides on a booster seat - it no longer fits in the child seat), but the interior of the car turned out to be very dirty. The dirt was deeply embedded in the fabric of the seats - it was obvious that it had been there for a long time - it was just that the owner company had not cleaned the interior for a long time. We are not pigs, so we refused the car, having received assurances from the Rentico manager that the next day at 9 a.m. there would be a new car, definitely with a clean interior. The next day at 9:00 a.m., we called the office to find out where the car was, and they told us that the company's management had decided not to provide us with any car. Just without even notifying us. Perhaps we shouldn't write about the fact that all our vacation plans were in jeopardy? I had to urgently rent a car from another supplier.
So, if you want to spoil your mood, worry, quarrel and ride a dirty car, then you are welcome to Rentico!

The machine acceptance process takes 10 minutes. So is the surrender. Everything is very clear and simple.

I took a car from this company in June 24 at the office of the business center, but they could have given it out at the airport. I decided to take it to the office so as not to look for each other in the parking lot in the heat. For them, this service costs 100 dirhams plus parking fee. The tariff was without a deposit, which is very convenient for Russians. You pay an additional 80 dirhams there. In general, the cars are not new, but they are alive. I had a kia 80tkm. The most convenient thing with this rentakar is communication. We decided everything through Whatsapp, because I don't take local Sim cards. We picked up the car at the airport. Here we ran around the parking lot for a bit. Expected. I overpaid the guys 200 dollars by mistake. Upon return, everything was returned minus the salik. I drive carefully without a navigator in the UAE. I am satisfied with the company as a whole, I recommend it. I'll use it again and unsubscribe)

I took a car here for 3 days. Young and friendly guys. I talked to them in my native Russian in the office. They told us the specifics of traffic regulations, suggested where to go and what to see. The cars are fresh, not worn out. I took a KIA Stinger, I liked the car. There were no problems with the return of the deposit, it was returned on time without delay. I felt some kind of concern for the client, which, for example, I lacked in other similar network companies. I definitely recommend it
