Airport collection took some time, the young company representative had problems to find us despite precise location given. Deposit amount turned out to be higher than in the booking which was explained by dollar value change in the recent weeks. This of course does not justify an equivalent of over a 100 eur higher deposit. The car and instructions were fine (it was the same car that picked us up for the airport). 2 month later received 2 fines per post from Armenian police. One for speeding (did not notice 80 to 60 km/h sign change in the dark), another for parking at the airport. Since we got picked up from the airport, the fine was related to the company representative action, who parked in front of the entrance while looking for us. Contacted car rental company immediately, promised to look into it. After 20 days of messaging and calling, promises that they will pay the fine soon (which was as low as 12 EUR), nothing happened. Instead of admitting the mistake, a comment was made that it took 10 minutes to find us at the airport. Regardless of duration, parking and stopping is prohibited where the driver stopped.
In the end I paid for their mistake myself. Glad that there were no more serious issues to solve as obviously the company does not know at all how to solve anything. Zero understanding in customer service. Despite low prices, you might get to pay more than planned as scam seems to be part of the business.
Everything went great. Booked a Hyundai Sonata. The car was given in its pure form and in good condition.

Great guys! Completely customer-oriented. There is no visa card (especially with a small letter) -no problem! The only thing was that Tumanyan was undergoing repairs with a complete replacement of asphalt, there was simply nowhere to park. But, somehow, miraculously, a place was found. We took Dacia Duster Dakar. White color, high clearance, adequate flow rate. We rode for three days. I really liked walking along Sevan, it's cool in Dilijan too. The only way to accelerate on a typewriter is very tedious.
When issuing the car, it turned out that the speakers were not working in it. The employee said that they did not know about this malfunction and that in general it is the cheapest car and Field, so it is normal. Then I asked another manager what could be done about it, to which they replied that nothing, since, again, this is the cheapest car and this is a Field. I understand that the domestic Russian car industry is not very reliable and I would understand the situation if the speakers broke down during the lease. But they were broken initially – why it was impossible to check and fix it before my lease is decidedly unclear.
A separate story is the receipt and return of the car. On the website, you could choose to issue a car on a day off at an office in the city. In reality, it turned out that on weekends you can get a car exclusively at the airport. At that time, I was already in the city and I had to specially take a taxi across the city to the airport to pick up the car.
The delivery of the car was terrible. I handed over the car on a weekday, the return of the car was scheduled in the city center at the office. On the day of the car delivery, I was warned that I needed to write an hour before arrival. I wrote, arrived at the specified time (around 17:00) and it turned out that the office was closed (although it should work until 18:00) and that I had to wait for an employee. The employee arrived 30 minutes late, was rude and indignant that he had to come from the airport specifically to the office and that I could actually hand over the car at the airport. I came across this for the first time in 5 years of renting a car in different companies and countries, it seems to the employee that it is only important that he is comfortable, but the client does not care.
In general, the service is pretty poor, although the car itself is in good condition, except for the broken speakers. I have been using your services in Armenia for 3 years, but after this lease, I think about contacting another rental company next time, whose employees will not point out that I took the cheapest car (and apparently therefore you can communicate rudely with me, but there may be something in the car itself initially do not work) and will be punctual.
We took a KIA Rio X-line to RentMotors for almost two weeks. The car is cheerful for its 70 + km mileage, there were no technical problems with it. MIR cards are accepted for payment. The deposit was returned to the card after a week. The prices are divine. I would have put five stars, but our car turned out to have an overdue inspection, and we found out about it, yes, from the patrol police. They issued a fine (the rental returned it to me later), took away the license. I had to go to the bank, then return my license, and for another day we were stopped by all the patrols in whose field of vision we came. Still, it was a good vacation. 😀
We took a Renault Sandero for a week in early June, drove 1.5 k km through gorgeous Armenia. The car had a mileage of 25k km, we were very satisfied with both the price and the car. Many thanks to the employees of the company.
I took Solaris 18 for the May holidays of 2023, there was almost the only office where there were free cars the next day. The price is normal, they were given and accepted quickly, the car is not tired, pleasant staff.

We took a Ford Kuga in March 2023. The car is super, we traveled all the mountains, drove 1,500 km in 4 days. The deposit of 400 bucks was returned in full, they didn't even charge for the sink. The registration took 20 minutes and 10 minutes to hand over the car. I recommend the office.
The car turned out to be old, smelly and dirty... The manager does not always come to the office at 10-10:30 in the morning... They also took $100 on top for scratches, which is half the rental price...
