He said that was how it was, and that was the end of it. Will we apply again? hardly because they either check the tools poorly or want to take off extra money.
I hired people, rented equipment, the grinder worked for an hour and died. The phone at the rental office that day was not picked up and did not call back. We worked it out as it is. When I returned it, I told about the situation and they explained to me that after checking they would call me if it broke down because of my fault. Of course there is no call, because we didn't do anything extravagant with her. I didn't really expect an offer to refund the money, although it is appropriate and logical, but a call and an apology or an offer to take something at a discount in the future - yes. In general, the relationship is one-sided. I do not recommend it
Ужасная политика проката (пароочистителя), самые главное детали несправны, а везти, что бы их исправили, туда- обратно, должны были мы сами, а не арендодатель. Так же арендодатель, говорит, что бы работали с тем, что есть ( что находиться в исправном состоянии) и бросает трубку. Причём оплата берётся как за полный арендуемый набор.

Большая номенклатура инструмента в целом, достаточный ассортимент аккумуляторного инструмента (сравниваю с ома). Проблем пока не было, можно обращаться!
