We lived in room No. 204. The pleasant thing is the absence of bedbugs, breakfast made from fresh products, settled quickly. The administrator knew Russian. Cleaning is done every day, but rather superficially - towels were changed and toilet paper, bags of coffee and tea were added. The water in the shower was constantly flowing at the required temperature. Wi-Fi, hair dryer and air conditioner were working properly. The location of the hotel is very convenient - near the metro, which goes to the very center without transfers.
And now let's move on to the cons. The toilet was probably designed by humorist specialists. When you sit down on the white throne, you sit down at the sink as at a table. I don't understand why the sink couldn't be placed against the right wall and make life easier for everyone. The windows have not been washed since the construction of the hotel, it is very dusty on the window sills and at the head of the bed, floor lamps - one did not turn on, the second blinked and went out after a couple of minutes. The toilet sometimes stank of sewage. The double bed consisted of two single mattresses that moved apart during sleep. There was no blanket at the check-in, I had to pick it up from the hall on my own.
Among the features of the hotel: the hotel is located on a slope. It's hard to climb up and down, but the road is practically not passing. In front of the hotel there is a loudspeaker with calls to prayer, which broadcasts several times a day. There are steep stairs in the hotel, but you can take the elevator. The dining room has a small terrace, but the views from there are gloomy. For throwing things and spending the night - a good hotel)
According to the location on the 4th floor. Descent from the tram, 300 meters.
The building is 4 storeys high, there is an elevator. The reception is on the 1st floor. There are not many rooms.
The rooms are decent. The plumbing is tired. There is not always water.
Breakfast for a single meal. From 7 to 10, but at 9 there is nothing left-it's over.
Cleaning is not always done, because there is a maid for two hotels.
The owner is an adequate man.
In general, so-so, I do not recommend it.
An ordinary average hotel. The water is hot without interruption, towels and linen are clean. Standard Turkish breakfast. It's a bit of a noisy street, they sell bags and shoes and can throw boxes and talk loudly in the morning. You can live, it is attractive within walking distance
