Positive
Location - 1 line of the sea
Decent breakfast (buffet)
Comfortable bed
Lots of cats
Minuses
It was noisy - one day music was playing under the windows until 23:00 with a DJ that shook the windows
Not the best cleaning quality - hair, dust everywhere, one day there was bed linen with holes.
We stopped for 3 nights to stay between the next trip. The prices are never cheap.
Positive: new rooms, fresh renovation. Convenient location relative to the infrastructure. Breakfast is the same everywhere for 3 *, you can buy cheap fresh food. The Internet works well, without interruptions. The first line. The sea is clean, the beach is being cleaned. You can take towels for the sea for free. Deck chairs are paid. There is a good spa, people come from other places, but we never had time.
Minuses:
1. Drain in the bathroom. There is no uncluttering and the drain is clogged, all the water just pours out on the bathroom floor and dries indefinitely.
2. Our room did not have a balcony, although there was a direct view of the sea.
3. There is no clothes dryer! In general, there is no electric towel rail, no portable floor dryer. Nothing! They hung swimsuits on floor lamps.
4. Very, very noisy by the roadside. In principle, the entire konyalti beach line is along the road, but at night you will have to sleep with air conditioning.
5. A tiny territory, it actually does not exist.
Bottom line: it is better to choose either large full-fledged apartments for such a price, or already normal hotels with their own large territory.
Nice hotel, everything is clean, everything works. I liked the breakfast, the cafe area is beautiful with panoramic windows, wonderful views and friendly staff. The photo shows the view from the room.
This city hotel definitely cannot be evaluated unambiguously. But I will try to describe the pros and cons.
+ Of the advantages
1) The staff. Friendly, generally helpful employees, do what they can (and even what they are not obliged to do, in principle) with attention, try. And it seems that this is not a fake attitude. The atmosphere of the good staff in general (but not speaking Russian, although it's not a problem for me)
2) I will also refer to the advantages of not killed rooms, with a good bathroom, good bed linen, towels, cleaning. Water in the room every day. Beach towels for the cards are issued and changed upon request. Kondey is doing well.
3) Location. Konyaalti, I love this area. It is quite successful, near 5M migros and an aquarium. The sea is nearby, across the road (though rumbling day and night due to the rocky surface, but the hotel is urban, so all the hotels there are almost across the street from the sea, overlooking the traffic flows).
4) Generally uninterrupted and cheerful Wi-fi (only once there was some kind of emergency power outage, and this prevented me from working for two hours, it's good that my mobile Internet was ready.)
5) on the ground floor there is Pacco Bistro, a fairly comfortable cozy restaurant with good live music in the evenings, in most of them with good polite waiters, but the food is so-so, for an amateur, but the place is convenient.
-- The rest, it seems, will have disadvantages. I'll make a reservation right away, my husband and I came, but on weekdays I was alone, and I worked on the Internet from morning to evening, and to be honest, this was the only thing that saved me from the deepest disappointment. It was actually a working trip, I would never have chosen this hotel for a vacation in my life. And I'll tell you why:
- Room-"Papa Carlo's room" with a view of the city on the 3rd floor. Despite the fact that she was not killed, we got room No. 307, not 21 meters at all, as stated on the website. That is, it just doesn't match the description. It is tiny, 11 meters (well, maybe 4 meters bathroom, and probably a meter of a square-shaped balcony, they are plus, but this is not "room 21 meters!!!")
The entourage is the same as shown on the Internet in the photo (wall decoration, bathroom), but the footage is not the same at all. I would never want such a vacation room for myself in my life. A tiny balcony of two meters, overlooking the neighboring hotel. And to the sounds of the mosque, literally located in the courtyard of the hotel. That is, the windows cannot be opened at night, at 5:30 they begin to read the call to prayer, very loudly, it is impossible to sleep. It's a darkish room during the day.
As soon as I jumped in with a request to change the room to the one promised at the time of booking, it turned out that all the other rooms have at least a drop, even side, but sea view, and they immediately wanted an additional payment from me. And if with a direct view of the sea, then the surcharge is twice as much. But I didn't need a sea view so much, but at least more or less matching the area, i.e. just a bigger, normal room, as it was stated and what photos were on the sites. I consider this situation to be a deception of tourists (if I knew that I would get to a room 11-13 meters away, I would immediately cancel the hotel and choose another one).
Naturally, I didn't want to pay anything extra, I had to spend the whole week in this kennel, I called it for myself "a closet under the stairs", that's exactly the feeling left of it.
That is, it is called "well, no luck." But God forbid to get on vacation like that... Although it is shady, it does not heat up much during the day, because in the very corner of the building, of course. But the pleasure of this placement is generally below the baseboard, to be honest.
- The elevator. Well, that's all! He is alone, even though the hotel is small, waiting for him is just a "story with geography", he was almost never free. And there would be no problem if the stairs were comfortable, but they have rather steep steps, it's just dangerous to run up and down, and you had to go down very carefully.
- The hotel does not have its own beach, maybe this is not a minus, but still. All sun beds and umbrellas for money on paid beaches, well, or on the sand on a public beach, you can relax of course.
- Food. Well, standard for 3*. To be honest, it's basically the same, but these coronavirus restrictions are already so annoying, these queues are waiting. Some hotels have long allowed self-service if the guest wears a glove. It would be better if the staff did not put food on slowly, but someone alone would meet and just give all the guests a glove, and they could take everything for themselves. I want to return to those hotels where this opportunity was introduced, but with this imposition of chefs, I don't even want to go to the top five, not to mention modest 3 * hotels with uncomplicated food. Drinks are still taken by themselves, but guests touch kettles and coffee machine buttons. And it doesn't bother anyone at all. And allowing guests to eat is embarrassing. Wait in line, so that the crowds gather more. In general, this is purely for the sake of saving food at the hotel, there is no other logic. In general, I had more breakfast in the city, although it was more pleasant.
As a result, I will say this: For optimists, a 4-minus, for realists, a three-plus hotel (no boutique, of course). It will do for a couple of nights to stay, I do not advise for a normal full rest, it is not comfortable (except perhaps some few rooms, more or less spacious, but they are for other money, and then if you are lucky).
Great hotel and good service! 👍Good kitchen and cleaning!👍
The staff is professional!👍
Solves all issues instantly!👍
There is a very nice girl at the reception! Special Thanks to her🙏 You will find your people everywhere! 😉👍
In the city center, but a small room. Breakfast is included, but a little meager. The staff is polite, but it stinks of cigarettes in the corridors and the room.
As they write above, I did not meet any Russian-speaking staff, not a soul, alas) But Google translate helps everyone. A great hotel, they gave me a room with a sea view, this is the first line, although I asked for the cheapest room. The staff is very polite, despite the fact that I checked out of the hotel in the morning, I had a plane at 3 a.m., I was able to leave my things and hang out in the break room when I wanted, i.e. when I was not there, the guests treated me politely :)
A wonderful new hotel. Everything is arranged. I will definitely come back here again. The first line and the view of the Mediterranean Sea from the beautiful promenade is impressive! By the way, the staff speaks excellent Russian and English. Everyone will be comfortable!)
A wonderful new hotel. Of course, the reception system, Internet and other services are in the process of being adjusted, but after living in a Luxury room for three days, everything was fine. I will definitely come back here again. The first line and the view of the Mediterranean Sea from the beautiful promenade is impressive! By the way, the staff speaks excellent Russian and English. Everyone will be comfortable!) Thanks guys!)
