they don't give you accurate information, although you call and ask again several times, generally knowing how government agencies work. as a result, they justify themselves and do not admit their guilt in any way. therefore, it is better if you are planning a move and do not want it to fail - ask the passport office staff what documents you need, but definitely not from these characters)
