The location is convenient. It is perfectly possible both by car and on foot, not far from the bus stop. The staff is courteous and sociable. Clean and tidy. On the monitor, you can watch how children are doing in the pool. Everyone has a separate locker in the locker room. You can go wash up after the pool and take a steam bath. One minus, the sharp edges of the pool, the child cut his fingers when he swam along the edge. It would be necessary to finalize it. As it is, it is a very good place to practice sports. In addition to the pool, there is a rocking chair, dancing classes and something else. I definitely recommend it

A great sports complex. The gym with exercise equipment is well equipped, there are a lot of treadmills and weight training equipment. The pool has excellent water, 5 lanes, you can walk at a convenient time. There is a coffee bar, a sports nutrition and equipment store.

03/17/24 we attended the competition, we were here for the first time. We will not come to this "wellness complex" anymore!!!Since there are much more negative emotions than positive ones!!!
The wellness center itself does not look bad.
The pool water is clean
But the very fat disadvantages are that they have open hot pipes in the men's locker room !!!
When the child was drying his hair, he leaned against it and burned his leg!!!
We never managed to find a medical worker ...
Sandwiches, croissants and other products from a nearby coffee shop were stored in his office
The staff of the center said that he was walking around here, go look for yourself ...
Our searches were not successful..
They have absolutely nothing to do with the organization of competitions... apparently they overestimated their capabilities too much...
the swim numbers were posted a few minutes before the start of the competition.
No warm-up in the water
There was no parade before the competition either
The heats were not announced. Stop and count for yourself which swim who is swimming ...
the children waited for the award for several hours... and this waiting was hell, in a stuffy room where there was simply nowhere to sit... and everything is accompanied by a wild yell from the organizers " if you don't close your mouths, we will disqualify everyone now"
And the awarding itself is a separate kind of art...
Diplomas were filled out in fact, the results were copied from some piece of paper... A long pause was filled by the following awards . But it was still necessary to try to hear who was awarded. Although they spoke into the microphone, but alas, it was barely audible. The person awarding the surname read it incorrectly 3 times ... so it is written in the diplomas with errors .
I advise the administration of this center to visit other centers to visually see how their competitions are going and to work on mistakes.

I am a pensioner, I have been going to the pool since the beginning of February, before that I went to Abylaikhan (it became expensive), there is something to compare with in terms of cleanliness. The shower stalls have apparently not been cleaned for a long time, the partitions are covered with soap, the floors around the perimeter are covered with slippery yellow mold, curtains with a specific dirty smell (either they need to be replaced or they need to be washed off). The floor coverings along the shower stalls do not rise or wash, and the floor itself (garbage, hair) does not wash off. For comparison, I will say that the Abylaikhan pool is cleaned on Sundays, floors are washed with detergents and brushes, drains in the shower and around the pool. I have never seen such a picture here. I told the girls at the reception about this, they promised to tell the admin, but who is still there. You will have to personally communicate with the administrator.

The gym is well equipped, but there are a lot of people, and the worst thing is the changing rooms - they are for children, the lockers are very small, a lot of children change clothes after the pool and other activities and all in one place. It is very inconvenient for adults! I recommend adults to choose another gym!
