Everything that is written in negative reviews corresponds to regret. The place itself is pretty, the waiters are not friendly. The food was brought first , without drinks 😰 they said that the drinks would be brought later , the order of serving was also not respected , they bring what they have prepared , it feels like everyone is not happy with you ( one guest is sitting without drinks and without food , while the other is eating . To taste , well , it 's not delicious ( they took freshly squeezed juice ( you even need to ask for a tube to bring it ) hinkali, salad , kebab, the serving also leaves much to be desired ( Sad of course (

I read an article about a restaurant with a Republic Restaurant interior design in the largest directory-catalog about Georgia Madloba madloba.info . I found out that this restaurant is ideal for a romantic dinner and is located on the third floor of a building with a magnificent view of the city of Tbilisi from the terrace. I plan to visit this place to enjoy the updated concept of European and Georgian cuisine and discover something new in tastes. I am interested in trying classic and new cocktails, as well as unusual desserts that are served at Republic Restaurant. I am glad that the prices in this restaurant are acceptable for a place of this level. The atmosphere creates the perfect feeling of calm and relaxation after a busy day at work. I can't wait to visit Republic Restaurant and enjoy its cozy atmosphere of enjoyment and relaxation.

A good restaurant. The price tag is higher than in tourist establishments around, but the serving is more restaurant-like, they can additionally put bread and cheese to the dish. We didn't try Khachapuri and khinkali, but we ate other dishes and it was unrealistically delicious - for example, kharcho, lobio, kupaty in cheese, cucumber salad, tomatoes with pesto. The service is also on the level.
