A wonderful hotel! Good location: the central Republic Square is a 7-minute walk away. Cozy, friendly staff, breakfasts - with fresh berries, raspberries, blackberries, figs, very tasty pastries and basturma)) The rooms are small but very cozy. The atmosphere is homely)) There is a veranda on the street where you can order all the dishes from the hotel restaurant. We really liked it)) Thank you, we will recommend it!

We were from 11.07 to 18.07. 2024! Great hotel, convenient location, everything is nearby! The service is at a high level, the rooms are renovated, cleaning and linen change every day,clean. We rested at this hotel on 18.11.2023-21.11.2023. Everything is very decent, polite staff, always prompt on any questions. The breakfasts are very tasty and varied. The only remark is the lack of heating.It's cold in the room in the evenings. Yes, the blankets are warm, there are no questions at night, but it's uncomfortable to sit in the room in the evening. Another note is the lack of overhead lighting in room 611. Yes, there is a floor lamp and bedside lamps, but there is not enough overhead lighting. It would be possible to attach an LED strip. In all other respects, the hotel is not bad.

In general, the hotel justifies its cost, the room is very clean, quite spacious, but without air conditioning it is quite cool, and the air conditioner is very noticeably noisy. The temperature in the shower is a couple of degrees lower than in the room as a whole, and the pressure from the shower leaves much to be desired. I liked the breakfasts.

Thank you for your hospitality! The hotel justifies its 4—star rating - it has very caring staff and a great location in the city center.
Which I didn't like very much:
1. The restaurant is quite expensive, the prices are like in an expensive Moscow restaurant (one dish ~ 1000 rubles). The waiters rarely smile, the dishes are taken out silently and not voiced. If you order a lot, it's not obvious which dish you end up eating if you haven't met him before.
2. The climate control in the rooms is poor. There is no heating, but only "ventilation" with heating, which is noticeably noisy. When the temperature is below +5, you have to sleep with her, and this is not pleasant.
3. The pressure of hot water is much weaker than cold water.
4. Cappuccino is not included in the price for breakfast. As well as additional dishes like eggs Benedict.
5. The Internet is bad. It is constantly disconnected from the laptop, there is no call. For some reason, it's better from the phone, but the speed is such that the video does not play non-stop.

I liked the hotel. It is conveniently located two steps from Republic Square. The rooms are modern. Everything is convenient and thought out. The bathtub is large, although there are not enough hooks for clothes. The breakfasts are delicious, but modest. The staff is polite and helps with everything. They speak Russian, so there were no problems. All issues were resolved quickly. I recommend.

Good location. We have been upgraded to a room category as a complement. Beautiful view on the 7th floor, you can even see the mountains. He went out, and a minute later he was on Republic Square. We took it without breakfast, because according to the reviews we read that the breakfasts are not very good, and we were not mistaken, unfortunately it is sad with their kitchen, although there is a wonderful terrace.

A very nice and cozy hotel with a lamp courtyard within walking distance to the central square of Yerevan. I didn't order food at the restaurant, because there are several very good establishments right "next door", but hot chocolate from the guys is something....I haven't tried anywhere better :))

It is very expensive for Yerevan. The rooms are small. The air conditioner is very noisy, the hum is terrible. If you get into a room with panoramic windows, the windows will not open. Sleeping is not comfortable at all. Shampoo, conditioner, slippers, bathrobes - in general, everything except soap must be begged. They serve Americans and Europeans well. There was a pool in the photo - it's NOT there.
