There was a normal polyclinic, the staff changed and it became terrible. I apply once a year, and they get a rather big insurance every month. The meaning of such insurance is if you wait a month for an appointment with the right specialist. The staff doesn't care at all, they sit indifferent, I don't understand at all what this insurance is paid for. They have never been invited to any age screening, although all the data is available

I really liked the reception of the pediatrician, a very attentive and competent specialist + She is also a pediatric neurologist. What I really don't like is that they sell masks at the entrance.........But if you don't buy them, they will give you free at the reception. At one point, I had to stand up for my grandparents, why they were forcing pensioners to buy unnecessary masks. You can also take a lot of expensive tests, a wonderful rehabilitation department: massage, physio and salt mine. The queue is not visible because the appointment is by appointment.

It's a terrible clinic. Run away from there and don't even think about it. Not only is there an eternal staff turnover, but the specialists leave much to be desired. I don't even dare to call them specialists.
Just recently, a child got sick. I called the doctor, immediately began to say start drinking antibiotics, despite the fact that he himself said that the throat was clean. Without tests, I didn't even listen. I did not make the appointment. Watch said.
On day 4, she called the doctor, told him to continue treatment, also did not listen to the child, only looked into the throat. That's all.
On the 5th day, we went to the clinic ourselves. As a result, we were taken to the filter room because the child had a cough. The doctor came. I listened. She said you have a suspicion of pneumonia, go home and call an ambulance.
I had to go to a private doctor, as a result, the usual acute respiratory viral infection without bronchitis, without pneumonia.
THESE DOCTORS DON'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. This is terrible! Why do they go to treat people if they are afraid?
