I recently visited the Reserved store. There was a young employee on shift, and the name on the badge was Anton. I wanted to make a purchase, but the smell of this young man's sweat discouraged all desire. It was impossible to stay in the store. This way you just lose customers. I would like to address the store administration: "Is it okay for you to hire employees who do not comply with basic hygiene standards?" Please take action!

The service is terrible, things are all rumpled, the staff can not cope with their duties. We asked and searched for someone who can steam ONE thing for its subsequent purchase. No one agreed, under the pretext that there were few employees. We've never seen anything like this before!

Poor service visited the store on 08/25/2024, when asked to look for size 38 black sandals, no reaction, when asked, maybe the size I need is on the mannequin, I received an answer:- "We will only take off when we have to change clothes .....", the sellers are too busy talking to each other. Catch a strong one star for the service, good luck.
