The owner! Hire quality staff, in particular a cleaner and a locksmith. Do a general cleaning, it was scary to catch the infection. Chandeliers, light bulbs and paintings were torn out by previous owners or staff. After checking in, there was no water for 9 hours, I had to go to the main building to wash from the road. It can be seen that once the hotel was beautiful with a winter garden and a wonderful courtyard, but the current owners don't care! At breakfast, the dishes are half-washed and cracked, sparsely. Understand the key to the success of the hotel in recommending it to future guests. There were 15 of us and we won'T recommend it to anyone!!!
