The hotel left an ambiguous, but generally positive impression. The room, by European standards, is large, clean, and cozy. There are two spacious closets, a kitchen, dining and work tables, a sofa and other furniture. A big minus for the air conditioner: it copes with its task, but it is very noisy: during operation it creates a noise of about 45db (measured by phone), at night it is a lot. Besides, when it turns on and off, it clicks, wakes you up.
The kitchen is well equipped: a good stove, microwave, large refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher. A good set of dishes and kitchen utensils. Disadvantages of the kitchen: there is no vegetable oil and the refrigerator is very noisy (competing with the air conditioner).
The bathroom is designed strangely: the toilet and shower are two resources that take up a long time, and, therefore, it is customary to separate them, they are in one room, the washbasin is in another. The shower also causes complaints: the doors cannot be closed so that water does not pour onto the floor; the watering can is mounted in the wall and cannot be removed; there is no pressure adjustment, only temperature.
The staff does not seem to be focused on foreign tourists: even at the reception they speak only American English with a touch of Spanish, I could not switch them to simplified international. However, this does not prevent employees from being friendly and coping with their duties. In the end, I hardly saw them, which speaks to professionalism.
