We stayed at this hotel for the weekend and were satisfied. The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped. The staff is polite and helpful, always ready to help. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent location – there are many cafes and attractions nearby. . We recommend it for a pleasant stay!

A good hotel, for a couple of nights, if you need to "come, wash up and sleep."
The bed is comfortable, the room was cleaned regularly, the staff is responsive. You can pay for your stay using Gazprombank Unionpay card through the Halyk Bank terminal.
But the area has a very bad ecology (the street occasionally smelled strongly of refined products) and breakfast is like in a dubious dining room.

There was a mixed impression about the hotel. The cost of accommodation of 25,000 tenge in standard rooms is clearly overstated, in terms of price-quality ratio. The room is not large, there is no closet, the lighting is poor and some of the lamps are burned out, 3 sockets for the whole room, if you connect a refrigerator and a TV, then there will be 1 working one on the wall under the TV. The bathroom is normal, but the shower does not drain well, and if the room stock is not full, then you will have to wait 10 minutes for hot water. Room cleaning is done only on request. The rooms are all located on the 2nd floor, if you live in rooms on the right side of the stairs, then there is a sauna under these rooms and an extraneous smell and high humidity appear in the room. The hotel also has good audibility, i.e. there is no sound insulation. The buffet breakfast is a parody of this type of food. The following dishes are offered: porridge (if available), sliced fresh vegetables, sliced cheeses of 2 types, fried sausage and sausages, sauerkraut, salad "carrot according to Korean", scrambled eggs, boiled egg, fried eggplant and zucchini, baked salted dough with filling, sponge cake, Viennese waffles, tea, coffee, homemade jam. The quality of the above dishes leaves much to be desired. Naturally, not professional chefs work in the kitchen, but housewives. It is not clear what prevents you from making a normal breakfast menu that does not require much effort and finances. There is a normal distribution line in the dining room, why use tables with common plates if there are no appliances for a set of dishes, people take everything from common plates with their forks, where is the observance of basic hygiene standards? The thermopot is leaking. The mugs are chipped and not washed. There is parking, but it can accommodate a maximum of 10 cars. The territory is not well maintained, there is an empty clearing in front of the hotel, with dry grass. Why not plant bushes or trees? So one of the advantages can be noted the cleanliness, responsiveness of the staff, the presence of parking in a closed area and proximity to the center. If you are not by car, then it is better to look for another option for accommodation, because you will still need to go to public transport and not in the most picturesque area, with the lack of lighting on the streets.

Good location, quiet. The hotel itself resembles a German family hotel. Small, clean. With its pleasant aroma. There was a very nice and polite girl at the reception desk. Breakfast is a variety of dishes. The room itself had everything for a comfortable stay. A kettle with tea and coffee. bottled water. Mini bar with drinks. Shampoo, soap, shower gel, slippers.
There was also clean snow-white linen in the room, with soft towels, a bathrobe, and a hairdryer. That is, there is no need to bring all this with you. I liked it very much. Thank you for the great reception! I'll be coming.

The breakfasts are terrible. Look at the photos that other guests have attached. Sausage is the cheapest, sausage pie, sausage pie, meat pie of unknown origin. Everything is cold. Once again I was passing through for work in Almaty, I stayed at the Resident hotel. Considering that he lived in a corner room, it was warm, sometimes he even opened the window. The room is clean, good bedding, a mini-bar for a non-demanding guest. I would like to mention the responsive staff! Of the additional advantages, a very good, hearty breakfast!
