A cozy and wonderful hotel that you want to return to more than once! The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the bed is comfortable! There is everything you need for personal hygiene! Lovely and friendly staff! At the breakfast buffet, not to say that it is varied, but you will find the minimum, you will not leave hungry (probably) we came a little late and everything was already cold, only coffee was hot. And the rest is great!

Good value for money, I haven't been to the spa, I can't say anything, not the most successful rooms with windows on the cafe, you won't be able to fall asleep early, but in general the rooms are clean and large, the beds are comfortable. A separate big plus is breakfast. I highly recommend it!

We were on a business trip with my wife for 5 days, we were very satisfied. Located in the center, there is a lot of everything around. The standard room is fresh, as in the photo. The bed and bedding are good. Bathroom, bathrobes, hairdryer, shower - good. Wifi is flying. Room cleaning is good. The staff is friendly, they helped with everything they asked for. The hotel has a restaurant, which is very convenient, we had breakfast, lunch (business lunch), dinner - delicious and relatively inexpensive. Upon departure, we were fed breakfast before the restaurant opened. The only disadvantage is the sound insulation is weak. If I had to go again, I would stop here again!

Excellent breakfasts.
There is a place to eat downstairs, quite a normal kitchen, it can also be done until late.
I liked that the hotel has a massage room, this is relevant after flights + so I came across, although different, but both high-quality massage therapists - Thanks to them for removing blocks and lymphatic drainage)))
There is also a small sauna, which is also an option to switch.

Of the cons: the spa area is almost useless, it is extremely inconvenient to use the sauna area, it is fully rented by the hour, you need to pay for the entire area for at least two hours, if there are two of you, it is completely unprofitable and depressing. There is only one chair in the rooms, someone will have to drink tea on the bed, and 1 person can sit at the table, respectively. Very little soap, there are always some problems with soap)

We arrived in February 2024 with friends, 2 couples. They settled us on the 1st floor. On the last night, a drunken company from the Railway broke into our friends at 04.00 in the morning, that is, they put the key card to the door several times, it certainly did not open. Then the couple went to the reception and asked for a key card to our friends' room. These people easily received the key card and went to our friends' room at 04.00 at night. The end of the review. I think no good renovation, new bed linen or plus or minus an average breakfast ... will add any positivity to returning to this hotel or even more so a recommendation. The next morning after this situation, the administrator changed and no one heard or saw this incident!!! C-Service!!!
Boiling water came out of the shower 3 times!

expensive, of course. we booked through booking, it came out 4,500 rubles per day, but the respechen said that without booking it costs

despite the fact that I liked the hotel outwardly, I think it is important to indicate the disadvantages, because of which we will definitely not come here anymore.
perhaps this is the decisive point not in favor of the hotel - terrible noise insulation, or rather its complete absence and cardboard walls. as luck would have it, there were noisy neighbors around the whole week of our stay, whose active life begins at 12 o'clock in the morning. You can hear people walking along the corridor, conversations can be heard as if there were no walls at all. making an adjacent door inside two different rooms is utter stupidity. We can hear everything that a neighbor we don't know is doing in his room, as if he lives with us.
EVERY night I was woken up by men laughing at the top of their voices at night, then by a crying child, then by people coming in late at night...
they entered the room to clean without asking while we were away. accordingly, all our belongings and money were not cleaned. of course, all the money is in place, but then why is there an electronic system of requests for staff at the entrance? it is necessary to put the do not disturb button, otherwise if it costs nothing, then they will come to you.
a strange sink that wobbles, it's a little scary to use it. the heated towel rail was hung directly over the toilet for some reason.
there is no water cooler in the hallway. when you need water, you will have to buy it or call the staff every time to bring it to you, it is extremely inconvenient.
ergonomics is not taken into account, when opening the front door, go immediately into the area where you walk without shoes, because the hallway is small. I'm used to walking barefoot in the rooms, so I have to take off my shoes in the common hallway. when opening the cabinet door, it rests against the smoke detector on the ceiling. expensive laundry, each item is counted separately according to the price list, even a handkerchief.

Solid three+ stars can be given. The price tag is certainly horse-like compared to Southeast Asia. There, for such a price, the level is two heads higher. In the room, they could lay laminate flooring more expensively, otherwise you can immediately see and even hear that it is cheap. The staff is good. Buffet-style breakfasts are normal. But we've seen better for a $100 room.
