The houses on the rise are very warm, especially the store is small, but there is always everything there and the Kunshuak minimarket is inexpensive, I really like this store

Beautiful location: park, terrencourt, square, attractions. The view from the window of the F1 block is stunning: Akorda, Hazret Sultan Mosque, Pyramid, etc. Everything is beautifully highlighted. And most importantly, this view will always be like this, it will not be built up with houses, since the Presidential Park is opposite. The AXES work perfectly! Chairman Jamal is a very decent and caring person. The elevators are all in good order, the entrance is well maintained, the yard is excellent.
