A very pleasant contingent, everyone is working. There is silence after 00:00, no one makes any noise.
The OS solves problems promptly.
The only drawback is the chaotic parking and the lack of proper infrastructure for pedestrians. But perhaps it will be resolved over time. The pros far outweigh the cons.

Lively, crowded, and cute, among the disadvantages I can mention the lack of underground parking, which is why the entire courtyard area is filled with cars. It's not safe for children, and it looks like a car market. I think it was built back in the mid-noughties, at that time the legislation allowed the construction of multi-storey buildings without underground parking. Not anymore.

The biggest disadvantage: there is no check valve, if the sewer is clogged, everything climbs back on the ground floors and basement.
The second winter is still poorly heated, given that the houses are round and there are many windows in almost all apartments.
While someone occupied the office below us, it was warm. After the tenants leave, we constantly turn on the air conditioner and heater on the ground floor

There are more cars than people, there are no parking lots for cars. All the yards are packed with cars. There is no fresh air anymore. Playgrounds are furnished with cars. The only bus goes to the city center 119. You're always waiting for him, especially when you're driving from the city to the residential complex. And forever full. The neighbors' audibility is excellent. In the houses around the football field, the audibility of what is happening on the street is also excellent. It's like everything is happening in another room. In vegetable stores, the prices of vegetables and fruits are heavenly, all two or even three times more expensive than in the city. The only joy is the view of the mountains.

The area is cool, the contingent of residents is decent, the yards are clean and the landscaping of the yards is gorgeous, I dreamed of a Christmas tree and here is a lawn in front of my house and there are already 4 Christmas trees, yard cleaning is regular, the work of KSK is competent and prompt! I bought it on a lease with the right of redemption. What I especially like is like a city within a city, the whole infrastructure inside: salons, children's courses, dentistry, medical centers, generally super and not far away everything you need, car washes, cafes, canteens, Magnum Express, school. There is one bus, but often! The most important thing... clean air and beautiful mountain scenery nearby! 5-7 minutes to Al-Farabi and the Presidential Park!

Khan Tengri residential complex is a unique place in itself. In summer, there is no unbearable heat here and it is quite possible to do without air conditioning at home. Winter here is like a real winter with thick snow, fresh frost, and not like in a city with slush and mud. The leaves on the trees begin to turn yellow much later than in the city. The heating in the apartments is very good in winter. I would recommend this place to those who suffer from severe allergies - after a year of living in Khan Tengri, thanks to the clean mountain air, any allergy goes away by itself - it sounds incredible, but it's a fact. There is no smog here, and the air is inhaled much easier than in the city - this can be noticed immediately. Also, the distinctive advantages of the complex include the richness of greenery - the complex is replete with a huge number of beautiful exotic trees, shrubs, flowers, which are carefully and carefully monitored. The complex boasts a huge area for walking. For those who like to run, it is best to do it here, breathing clean air and not poisoning their lungs with urban gases. There are large football fields, and there are several football clubs for children. It is also possible to note the absolute silence on the complex at night, not disturbed by the sounds of passing cars. The infrastructure is well developed - the territory has its own dry cleaning, its own beauty salons, its own shops, its own cafes, its own sushi bars and pizzerias. Prices are mostly lower than in the city. There are kindergartens, a medical center, a polyclinic, pharmacies. There is a Magnum very close to the complex. The disadvantages are only the dependence on the need to have a car, although the bus stop is very close. And there is already a shortage of parking spaces.
